Located on the 8th floor, the combined residence spans approximately 1,450 sq. ft., offering an ideal balance of convenience, privacy, and efficient access to elevators, pools, valet, and the indoor walkway to MGM Grand.

THE EXPERIENCE
This combined stay includes two independent suites booked together, allowing guests to stay connected while maintaining separation and privacy.
One-Bedroom Suite (Unit 8701)
The one-bedroom suite features a private bedroom with a plush king bed and hotel-quality linens, a separate living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a dedicated seating area with Smart HDTV. The suite includes two full bathrooms—a primary bathroom with a deep jetted soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed walk-in shower, plus a second full bathroom with walk-in shower. A full gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, and dishware. A private balcony provides fresh air, morning coffee space, or quiet downtime after a night out.
Studio Suite (Unit 8703)
The studio suite adds flexibility and separation, featuring a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and an open layout with clearly defined sleeping and living zones. The spa-style bathroom includes a whirlpool soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual-sink vanity. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dishware—ideal for light meals, snacks, or additional storage.
Together, the combined residence sleeps up to 8 guests with 2 king beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas, and 3 full bathrooms total, making group stays significantly more comfortable and efficient.
