Unit 1612 in the Jasmine Tower at North Beach Resort has been COMPLETELY remodeled with all new finishes and decor. This is NOT your typical condo unit.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE ACTUAL CONDO AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL!
WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!

Unit 1612 is located on the 16th floor of the Jasmine Tower in North Beach Plantation. This condo offers some of the absolute BEST views you can imagine on the oceanfront and coastline in North Myrtle Beach!

Here are the details of this property:

1. Two bedrooms, two baths, sleeps 6 maximum. NO PULLOUT COUCH!
2. Master suite has king bed and en suite spa bath, dual rain head shower
3. Hall bedroom has two queen beds and adjoining bath with tub/shower combo
4. Fully equipped kitchen with dishware, cutlery and small appliances
5. WE PROVIDE ALL SHEETS, BATH TOWELS and KITCHEN LINENS at no additional charge.
6. Flat screen tv's with resort provided cable and WiFi
7. Quart countertops, luxury vinyl flooring throughout
8. Modern furnishings and designer decor
9. Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms and living space

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN CONSIDERING UNIT 1612!

1. Our rates INCLUDE departure cleaning
2. Our rates INCLUDE linen service.
4. Pets are NOT allowed IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
5. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. Please don't ask for an exception.
6. We do NOT provide beach chairs or beach equipment
7. Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 10am.
8. NO Motorcycles, trailers, pets, golf carts, or RVs on the property

NORTH BEACH RESORT INFO:

- 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools. Some pools may be heated in cooler months for swimming access.

- Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental

- Shuttle service is available to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests

- Cinzia Spa access where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments. Spa fees apply for all services

- Located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

This condo is absolutely spectacular. We’ve stayed at North Beach for many years and this condo is by far the nicest and most well kept one we’ve had the pleasure of renting. The room is beautifully updated and decorated. It’s also very clean which is so important to me. The ocean views are impeccable. You also overlook the beautiful pools. Blanche is amazing at communication. There was an issue with one tv on the day we arrived and she literally brought a brand new one right over. I can’t recommend this condo enough. We will certainly return.

Great Vacation Condo

This condo was great. From the minute we walked in I was impressed with how clean and spacious everything was. What you see is truly what you get. The condo had all the essentials for a great stay. The resort itself is beautiful with plenty of seating at and around the pool area. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as Advertised

The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised on the website. We have stayed at NBT multiple times and it does not disappoint. We had a couple of hiccups while there and Blanche was easily reachable and resolved everything quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent escape

My daughter and I ventured down on a last minute decision - this location was great…the unit was excellent and Blanche was super responsive when we had a toilet issue early in the stay…I would absolutely come back…The property had some maintenance going on that was bit disruptive but nothing that Blanche could controlWe had a great time - we will be back!!!

Overall excellent stay. Was notified original booking unit had issues. She was able to get me into a similiar unit on the top floor. Unit was clean and freshly renovated. All furnishings were new and comfortable. Will be contacting back for next stay in a few months. Would recommend.

Top-notch Resort

Wonderful 2-bedroom condo on the 16th floor with beautiful view of the ocean and pools below. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and appliances. We will be back.

This condo was amazing! Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was incredible, especially for the fireworks at night. All of the staff around the facilities were very friendly. The pools never felt overly crowded and has great beach access. We will definitely be back again!!!!

Well appointed!

Overall, super clean and comfy. Very nice decor and theme throughout the condo. Although we didn’t cook there aside from cinnamon rolls there was enough in the kitchen to work with. Beds and couches were super comfy! We had all that we needed for this trip. As always the pools and the seaside restaurant/ pool bar was great! We have stayed at this resort multiple times and it never disappoints. We will definitely save this condo on our lists to come back to. Thanks for having us!
