It’s was place is nice. The grill needs to be checked, it didn’t work and the hot tub leaks to the deck below.

The grill was checked yesterday; it simply needed a new gas tank (we have two gas tanks for the grill). We'll be checking on the jacuzzi. Thanks for letting us know. We hope to see you again soon!

The house was excellent, except that the extra two bedrooms have to be reached from outside stairs, not from inside the house. The house also did not have an oven a the kitchen had a couple of roaches, the yard had a lot of leaves/debris. Other than that we had a great time.

There is no debris, but there are leaves because we have beautiful trees in the parking area. We provided you with excellent service. Thank you!

We (group of 10 with 6 kids) had an awesome stay at the Positano Beach House! The location is right on the ocean with easy access to the beach - great for morning walks and seashell/sea glass hunting. The house itself was amazing - so open and airy, with everything needed for cooking full meals and relaxing. We really enjoyed both the hot tub and pool. To top it off, the host was exceptionally responsive and friendly. We loved our stay and we definitely plan on returning!

Luxury isn’t entirely accurate

We stayed here as a family of five with extended family making 10 of us. I’ll start with the good part: -views are amazing. Direct ocean view. -the pool is huge and great for families with kids! -the parking area is large, we fit three cars. -separate living quarters with two kitchens and living room. The not so good part: -it was hard to lock up the entire house. We had to ask the host to deliver keys to lock the upstairs. The gate opener was sensitive. Even the lightest touch would open it which we found out after discovering it open all night. -toilet paper was minimal. We had a half roll at best per bathroom and there were no extras. Seems odd given the price per night was $900. -not enough beach towels for everyone at the house. No hand towels. -the beds in the bunk rooms were not made. -No dishwasher and the coffee maker leaked quite a bit. I think this place can become a luxury spot if the host would take better care and provide more given the price point.

Hi Kyle, thanks for taking your time. I am sorry for his concern but I understand that I must clarify the following: 1. In the message you never confirmed whether you had the key or not, just that it didn't work. We understood that you did not have it. So we quickly went to the property and was given the key. 2. Gates open slowly for safety. 3. In the 5 bathrooms there was a new roll of toilet paper. 4. The price is established for a maximum of 15 guests. 5. There were 10 pool towels, 15 bath towels and 4 hand towels. 6. All the beds were prepared with their sheets and pillows. 7. The platform identifies that the property does not have a dishwasher. It's something that isn't used much in PR. We do not accept pets and I have made the exception for you. Thanks for visiting us!

Home was very well equipped with cooking pans, utensils, coffee pot, blender etc. outdoor grill. Plenty of pool towels and some inflatables. Many places to relax indoors and outside. View of ocean was excellent and visible inside and outside. Bedding and pillows were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.

Wonderful stay for our family of 12 including 2 children! Enough space for privacy and togetherness. The pool and beach areas were perfect! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You can observe the main beach areas from a distance. We absolutely love Playa Puerto Nuevo!
