Enjoy our home like it was yours.
- 4 bedrooms all furnished with hard wood bed frames, two of which have Tempurpedic mattresses.
- Master bedroom has 65" smart tv. Other 3 bedrooms have 32" smart tv's.
- Home theatre with surround sound. Connects via Bluetooth/Cable to your mobile phone or computer (adapters provided)
- Upstairs and downstairs living rooms with 50" smart tv's
- Gas fireplace
- Outdoor grill/table
- Neighborhood park/splash pad
- 1 exit from Woodlands mall
- Near HWY 45/99

Guest access
- 3 of the closets and pantry are locked and connected to alarm system (alarm will go off if broken into). 2 closets are for guest use.
- House has a smart home security system that guest will have access code to use while staying. Exterior security cameras on property. Smart garage door opener connected to security system. $250 fee for tampering with alarm system.
- Guest will be able to use 2 car garage
- Hot tub is NOT working and is being removed
- Home office with executive chair and executive desk are for guest use.
- Ice maker does NOT work and is being removed
- 1 mile nature trail to Spring Creek for walking/jogging 1 block away
- Attic is also off limits for guests and is connected to alarm system that will alert owner/police if broken in to
- Check in is at 3:30 pm and check out is at 10:30 am
- Pets are not allowed. $250 deep cleaning fee charge (in addition to normal cleaning fee) if violated, which includes service animals.
- No shoes upstairs. If upstairs carpet is found dirty and can’t be cleaned by vacuum due to wearing shoes upstairs, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged to do carpet shampooing

Pictures misleading , torn and broken outside furniture, hole in wall and bottom of front door . Marks on walls and stained carpet. Oven not cleaned in years . Have pictures of all . Owner condescending and inattentive to his property .

Grandsons wedding

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very roomy and clean. Master bed was super comfy and so is the couches I just wish we would have had a little more information on what to bring. I notified the owner that there were no dish towels and a baking sheet would have been helpful for biscuits. Communication was excellent with owner.

Texas fun

We had a great stay. There was some unfortunate weather and did not have power for the first day. The whole town was out of power. Once the power was restored we had a great stay. We were in town for a wedding and had a great time. There was plenty of room and space for everyone. The owner was great at responding to any questions we had.

Perfect for our Purpose and Family

Great place. Lots of room to spread out in as there were 9 of us ranging in age from 9 years old - 67 years old (3 generations). It was perfect for our group. Great timeliness of response form host. Would stay here again.
