Centrally located, close to the beach! Relaxing pool in a tropical setting with sun deck, BBQ, tables, covered swing. Fiber Wifi, gated entrance, and reserved covered guest parking for two cars. Bedrooms are spacious, cool and comfortable and bathrooms are modern. It's an easy 3-5 minute stroll on a wooded path to town for shopping/dining, or to the ocean just a block away. Beach chairs and carts are provided to carry gear to the beach, or groceries back from the store. You will love this place!

Our Choice Of Condo Could Not Have Been Better
For our first out of country adventure we chose Coca Beach, Costa Rica and were lucky enough to find Linda and Todd’s condo. There could not have been a better choice. The condo is very warm and inviting not to mention roomy. It is well stocked for everything you’d ever need and the beds are extremely comfortable, which is always a concern of mine. The facilities are well maintained and the pool is superb. We met some of the nicest people from all over the world. It is close to town and it is very easy to get around in the Coco Beach area. Linda responded to all of our requests in a very timely manner and kept in close contact with us for the month. We highly recommend Linda and Todd’s condo and thank them for their hospitality. Pura Vita.

Fantastic Place
This place was perfect for our family of four to spend a couple of days before we moved to other locations. I could have stayed there for many more days, it was that delightful. Our family spent Christmas there and the pool was fantastic. The neighbors were warm and welcoming. The condo itself had everything you could need and a very close walk to beach and town. We would definitely recommend and will be returning some day!

Great condo with a great location. Just a quick Thanksgiving weekend getaway. Close to everything that you would need.

Family vacation
Perfectly located near town and the beach. Loved being able to park the car after traveling for several days before. Playa del Coco is a fun bustling area with incredible sunsets at the beach. The pool was fantastic after a long day exploring. The complex was nice and quiet and secure. The owners were very attentive and checked in often to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit!

Fabulous place to stay
We were at the end of two weeks in Costa Rica and so delighted to end our trip here . The hosts have thought of details that made this stay wonderful . The complex is very close to town ( 5 minute walk )and beach and yet it very tranquil and quiet . This is ideal for families , seniors or folks travelling on their own . We indulged in watching a movie one night in the lovely living room . Kitchen was well stocked with all you need to have your coffee and breakfast ( and other meals ). It’s a 10 plus !
