This 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home in the heart of Spring Hill is ready for your stay. The home has a dedicated office space with equipment (double monitors, docking station and Epson inkjet printer and large desk) for those who want to work from home. Living room with 70" HD Smart Firestick TV, cable, high speed internet, a second living room leading to screened in inground pool, 55" HD Smart Firestick TV and table for gathering, eating or family games. The home is protected by a state of the art Vivint security system with integrated smart devices, Amazon Echo and Nest thermostat, all voice controlled. Amazon music unlimited is provided for your listening pleasure. More importantly, safety has not been overlooked. CO/Smoke detectors are interconnected throughout the home. First aid kit and fire extinguishers have been placed in designated areas.

Home away from home

We had a great weekend getaway at this lovely family home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless, so comfortable, just bring your clothes and a toothbrush. Terrie and Mike thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and then some. The backyard was perfect for our dogs, and the pool was sparkling and so refreshing. So close to grocery stores, restaurants, and especially the kayaking at Weeki Wachee — such a beautiful paddle! We’d absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great Vacation Spot

Mike and Terrie went above and beyond making our vacation the most comfortable it could be. Anything and everything needed was accessible in the home. Great location, and top notch hospitality.

Spring Training Getaway

We loved our stay here at this property in Springhill! The hosts could not have been anymore accommodating! The house was so comfortable and had so many amenities! The pool and yard with the grill was great too! The owners even left us donuts for our first morning! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Best stocked house ever!

This was the best stocked and cleanest house we have ever rented! The security system is state of the art and it has huge televisions. The pool is heated and so nice and warm an there was plenty of room for us to spread out.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

This place is truly amazing. The bedding, the location, the rooms, the décor, all of it. The hosts are absolutely fantastic, and when I say fantastic, I truly mean. If you are going to be in the area and want a home away from home, this place is it. stay here, and relax and truly enjoy yourself, and again, I cannot stress how amazing the host are for this location. I will be staying here again for absolute certain. Thank you to the hosts, as they are amazing.

Best House Ever

We stay in Vrbos 3-4 times a year and have never stayed in the same house twice. This house is our exception!! This is our second stay and we will be back. Not only is it the cleanest house we have ever stayed in but it has everything you might need. Our pug was safe and secure in the yard and we took long walks in the quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to visit again!!!

Hosts with the Most!

We had an amazing time! This house has everything. Each detail was appreciated from the chocolates at the bedside table to the pool floats for the kids! There’s nothing this wonderful family didn’t think of to make our stay enjoyable. This home is also close to all. We will definitely be retuning and HIGHLY recommend staying here. ♥️

Look no further for a PERFECT vacation home!!

If you are looking for the PERFECT property right now, STOP, there is no need to look further. I can not say enough about how AMAZING our stay was. This home had everything and more. We celebrated Easter here and couldn’t be happier. The pool was perfect and my pup LOVED the fenced in yard. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We are already planning our next trip!! Above and Beyond!

Everything pictured plus everything you need and probably forgot at home. House smelled so clean and wonderful. Roomy, lots of seating for everyone to sprawl out comfortably. The yard and pool were the most convenient best part! Thanks for having us. We loved everything about our trip in your home 10 out of 10 would definitely come back! Beautiful!

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful heated pool home. Everything in home is updated and modern. This home didnt miss a thing. Hosts were very accomodating and friendly. We are moving to Spring Hill at the end of March. We will need to come back down again one more time before the move. Hopefully its avalaible.

Nice House!

We stayed at this house for 1 month in January. The pool is heated which was great because the weather was not warm. House was clean & had just about anything you would need. The host was very responsive to all our questions. We traveled with our 2 large dogs so the fenced in back yard was great for us. There are very few VBRO's that let you bring 2 big dogs. Most are 1 dog under 20 lbs.

Very Clean

I am a clean freak and this place was spotless!!! Communication was great! I can’t rave enough about our stay!!! Loved the house, loved the quiet neighborhood, loved the pool! Very comfortable accommodations that lacked for nothing. So many small details that made this place feel like home. I don’t usually leave feed back but could not let this opportunity to say thank you pass by. The hosts are awesome !!! I will be staying again in the future when we go visit my family again.

Great time in a great house!

Family came in from out of town and our house wasn't big enough so we stayed here. Great house, central location for any shopping needs, house came fully equipped with you could need and the property managers were amazing-quick to respond to any questions (I forgot something at the house and within an hour of contact they had located the item and made arrangements for the return). Clean everywhere and pool was very well maintained. Wonderful small touches that made it more welcoming... the advertisement that said all you needed to bring was yourself was spot on. I would say out of all the places we've stayed using VRBO this was the best and we look forward to returning when family comes back to town.

Couldn’t ask for better

Unfortunately this stay was to be close to my mom for a few days after my father passed. And we were just looking for a 3/2 that allowed our big puppies (they are 6 yo, but my wife insists they are still puppies!). We were planning on just sleeping at this property, but once we walked in and realized how nice and spacious the property was, it became a place for the family to all come be together instead of everyone crowding my moms smaller house. This property has everything you could need plus! We usually try to pick something up to add to houses we stay in, but we couldn’t think of anything this property needed!

Very Homey and Comfortable

The hosts have gone out of their way to make this property homey and comfortable for their guests. Lots of different living spaces - plenty of room for larger groups but cozy when it's just two of you. Kitchen is well stocked, beds & pillows are comfortable, great towels, etc. It was so great to not only have a place to work but a desk with monitors all set-up to use. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the fact that the pool is heated. Hosts were very responsive. We've already booked for time in 2025. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing House

This was by far the best rental the we have ever stayed at. Everything that we needed was available to us, only have to bring your clothes and groceries. Absolutely loved the pool, as well.

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

My parents who are in their 80s live in Spring Hill,FL. It was their desire to have the entire family together for Thanksgiving. So I found this home not far from them to use as the place to gather. We came from many different places to be together. We had our Thanksgiving dinner in this home and although it was not ours we all felt so comfortable we felt “home”! The multiple living areas and generous seating spaces for the meal made it perfect for this celebration. It met all my expectations and my family commented on what a great find this home was for us. Thank you for the time in this home and for helping to make a dream a possibility!!

Great home away from home with a pool

This is a well maintained home and extremely clean and organized. Very close to shops and restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Every appliance you'd need was provided as well as starter toiletries and plenty of towels. We loved the pool! The only negative was the secondary bedrooms didn't have a tv so my teens fought over the family room tv. We would return though.

We enjoy all things nautical. Boating, fishing and scuba diving. Florida is perfect for us!...but more than all that, God and family are the most important to us.

We tried to create a comfortable, luxurious, safe and efficient space for people and families to gather and spend time together. The property is located in the heart of Spring Hill where there are numerous activities, restaurants and shopping places. There is something for everyone nearby. From fishing, boating, water sports, botanical gardens, shooting, golfing, theater...only 45 minutes to Tampa nightlife and sporting events, 1.75 hours to Orlando! We are known as the Nature Coast, quiet and natural, away from the hussle and bussle, but close enough to satisfy everyone.
