3rd floor studio location in the middle of Prospector with Mountain Ski views. 1 mile to ski resort, and 1.3 miles to old town. Carriage House opens directly onto the Prospector Square Courtyard, also shared by the Sheraton Hotel. Enjoy the outdoor firepits with lounge seating, then stroll down the pedestrian pathway to numerous restaurants including The Salt Box, Freshie's, Fuego, Grub Steak, Lespri, Good Karma, Este, and Ganesh, and Sammy's Bistro.
Heated Pool-CLOSED Summer 2023 and Hot Tub open till 10pm on premises.

This Carriage House Studio is a great couple getaway located in the Prospector Square area of Downtown Park City. Just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and Sundance Film Festival venues, the condos are conveniently situated less than 5-minutes from Park City’s Historic Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort.
Have a car or Renting one? A short term Prospector Square parking pass will be provided in the Welcome Basket. Prospector Square Lot E is a first come, first served parking area but there are many Lettered Prospector Square lots within walking distance. Not renting a car? The Free Shuttle pick-up is right out front and easy to use! Take a look at the “MyStop” app for routes and real-time tracking for shuttle bus arrival times.

The Carriage House was built in 1988 and includes 125 condo units. There maybe occasional noise, i.e sounds from the street, neighbors and foot traffic in and out of the building. Earplugs and a white noise machine are provided in the unit for added sound buffering.
The Carriage House is across from the popular historic Rail Trail which enables easy access to hiking and biking.
The nearby Park City Trail, called the Rail Trail for its history in transporting coal and ore in mining days of the 1860’s, is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing and more! With the tracks removed, this 28-mile, mostly unpaved road is a great place to see wildlife as well.

This lovely Studio condo is situated on the 3rd floor. It has been completely remodeled in the fall of 2022 with a fully equipped kitchenette, convection microwave oven, plug in induction burner and a beautiful tile shower.

The Studio hosts a comfortable medium firmness mattress on a King size bed with 100 percent cotton sheets and linen duvet, along with fast, reliable WiFi and a 55" smart tv.
