Located in walk street near downtown Manhattan Beach, this charming beach house, with spectacular entertaining and relaxation, offers a very special home away from home experience in Southern California beach style.
The airy and bright south-facing house boasts of custom-built craftsmanship and comfortable luxury. As you enter the house, you will fall in love with the soaring vaulted high beam ceilings with beautiful woodwork, open floor plan with chef's kitchen, breakfast bar around the gas fireplace, saltillo tile floor in collaboration with restoration bricks and hardwood floors. Upscale elegant furnishings and comfortable linens meet your expectations. The home is conveniently located in the short walking distance to groceries, shops and restaurants of downtown Manhattan Beach, the pier and the beach.

Incredible stay. Great house, all the amenities, great communication with owner, close to beach and shopping and safe for families. Absolutely recommend!!

Incredible location!

We had an amazing time in Manhattan Beach because of this home. Very comfortable, with enough space for 7 people. The walkability of the house is what really made our stay memorable - beach, shops, restaurants- all just steps away.

Manhattan beach house

Absolutely beautiful home.... shared with family. My grandson especially loved the swing and shuffleboard. Inside and outside space to dine and visit was so nice. Highly recommend.

A beautiful beach retreat

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house! The Manhattan Beach neighborhood this house was situated within was beautiful. We considered apartments on the beach, but were so happy we went with this house a few blocks up with a lovely garden. Loved opening the patio doors and living the California dream. We were here on a long weekend for a family wedding, but would love to come back for a full week!

Great experience

Awesome location. We liked being next to the Bonn’s grocery and center of town. Pleasant walk to beach too. Garage for rental car was nice feature. Took a little while to get stove lit, but once lit worked easily after that. No complaints at all.

Coastal Beach House

We had a girls trip for the USC/WI game. The house was beautiful and we loved hanging out in the front terrace! We rented a car, but didn’t really use it as everything (except the game) was in walking distance. Will definitely be back!

Concert weekend

Well maintained well supplied property[paper products etc…]. Outdoor fire pit a great touch. 2 blocks from bars stores restaurants…. Perfect location in walkable friendly area. Garage for car as well….Responsive owner. Great overall experience. Would highly recommend this property .

Great place

House is great and well stocked. Loved the convenient location. We have a lovely time. We did have a glitch on check out time as check out was stated as 11 on the VRBO info/webpage, but owner told us the night before leaving that the actual Check out time was 10 am. It worked out fine but was a little strange.
