Enjoy Bogart's Donuts or Gigi's Cafe right outside your door, or take a nice walk to Hennepin Ave for a wonderful dining experince or Lyndale Ave for some nightlife, all less than a mile away.
Or stay in and enjoy the 65 inch Smart TV, coffee bar, great kitchen, dining room and entertainment spaces inside and out. Our 100-year-old home is packed with charm!

Charming home for a weekend in MSP with our adult kids. Great location and the donut shop next door was a bonus. We will definitely rent again.

This was a fantastic place! Super clean, great location, nicely furnished, and, of course, literally connected to a great donut shop! Great communications with owners, too. It was very easy to walk or Uber to fun restaurants, shopping areas, breweries, parks, and more.

We've stayed here twice now and have had very nice and comfortable stays. Communication was great, very quick to reply.Plenty of plates, cups etc in kitchen. We didn't cook while here so I didn't really check the cookware. I really appreciated the extra Kcups for my mornings. Thx.Bedding and towels were right on. It's an active corner during the day. It's not noisy, just fun to watch the goings on. Minnesotans ride a lot of bikes. Also plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Would recommend.

Clean, everything worked. Everything worked. Older home, cold near windows and doors.It does have a fenced in patio all concrete. The owner was very responsive to requests. The location was optimal, close to family and surgery center, the reason for the visit.

We love the location and Home! Perfect for our stay. The free donuts were a nice additional perk. We had a few house issues (eg plumbing) that were resolved quickly.

Girls Getaway

The Bryant Guesthouse was perfect for a short reunion/girls getaway. The location was great. The Bogart’s Donuts were a very nice added treat. Would definitely recommend to others and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our Niece’s Wedding

We enjoyed two full days that included a visit to the American Swedish Institute and the Minneapolis Institute of Art. The home was very comfortable and the location was perfect for attending our niece’s wedding at Theodore Worth Chalet. We will definitely stay again when in Minneapolis.

Great location and nice property

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and wanted a place walking distance from her house, which this was. Also with the doughnut shop, Gigis and Our Kitchen all at the same intersection we had many dining options. The host was very responsive. We had a great visit!

Great location! Family friendly

This property was perfect. Very central location in a cute neighborhood. Close to cafés, the beach, park, and walking/bike path. Trundle bed was great for our toddler. Easy access to all the main attractions in the Cities. Would stay again!

5 girls and a concert

The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable for the 5 of us in town for a concert at Target Field. We were close to beaches, enjoyed the neighborhood and loved the cafes and bakery very close. I was bothered by both the front and back decks being painted during our stay. Poor timing but efforts were made to give us hassle free entry when possible -get maintenance done when no bookings are using it

Will stay again

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need, nice they have the basic condiments and paper products. Plenty of glasses and plates. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. It was fun to sit on front patio and people watch. Very close to the parks, lakes and restaurants. Donuts were delicious also.

Minneapolis House

We had a great time in this very cute house! Very clean, nice big rooms and plenty of space for the 5 of us. Just a little over a half mile to one of the beautiful lakes in MN and great walking paths around the lake. It would be nice to get the code to get in the house the day before or morning of instead of having to wait to arrive. We stood outside for 30 minutes trying to get a hold of the owner and then VRBO customer service actually helped us through the online chat, so we really appreciated that.
