This 2-story duplex house features 11-foot ceilings, large living room, dining room that seats 10-12, updated kitchen and baths, game room with pool table and arcade (games are NFL Blitz & 12 in 1 classic games), library, two covered patios/porches, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit (provide your own firewood), fenced backyard and updated furnishings.

***Note - This property is a duplex. The left side is currently rented so you may see the resident from time to time. However, the backyard and pool/hot tub are for guests only. Also, per City requirements no more than 4 unrelated parties/families are allowed to stay at the property. This is to prevent the streets from becoming too crowded with cars. An electronic keypad is used for virtual check-in so there are no keys to keep up with! Ring doorbell with camera located on the front door. You will have access to the entire house and off-street parking located in the rear of the property.

Located in the heart of Hamilton, Ohio, our house is just 2 blocks from all that Main Street has to offer, including multiple restaurants, bars and fun activities. Hospital less than 1 mile away. We are 1 mile from the new Spooky Nook Sports complex and just 15 minutes from Miami University.
