Upmarket & Elegant 2 bed/2 bath in Central Madrid

Beautifully renovated and very tastefully furnished apartment from 1880, where everything is new. Located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, on Fuencarral street, between Malasaña and Chueca. Walking distance from world famous landmarks such as the Royal Palace, Gran Vía, Plaza Cibeles, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol and Puerta de Alcalá. 10% of the rent is donated to provide shelter for Ukrainian refugees, a small contribution to those in need.

Enjoy a King Bed in the Master Bedroom which is in Suite, and Queen sleepers in the Second Bedroom and the Living Room. A fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All necessary linen and towels are provided, as well as toiletries for the first few days.

This apartment was fantastic! Exactly as advertised with easy check-in (a little early so we could store our luggage after landing) and excellent communication. Myself, my husband, and the other couple we travelled with were all quite comfortable. The location was perfect - close to so many great areas and just 20-30 minutes walking or even faster metro rides to other sites we wanted to see. We will definitely be back to Madrid and definitely hoping to stay here again

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is charming, clean, and very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and modern appliances. The location is excellent—right on a lively street with plenty of shops and cafés. I highly recommend Billy Brunch next door for breakfast. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance, plus easy access to the metro and a taxi stand just around the corner. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, informative, and full of helpful suggestions.

My family of four had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect - we were never too far from seeing the sights (either by foot or Metro) and we got to experience Madrid life in one of its lively neighborhoods. The apartment itself was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The host and property manager were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend this place to our family and friends and would be happy to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Madrid.

Wohnen in bester zentraler Lage

Von der Buchung bis zum checkout war alles hervorragend organisiert. Auf Fragen vor Buchung hat Rudy schnell und freundlich geantwortet.Beim check in war Isbelia vor Ort und hat die Wohnung gezeigt, alles erkärt und Fragen beantwortet.Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. In einem represäntativen Altbau belegen, chic renoviert und stylisch eingerichtet. Direkt an der lebhaften Calle Fuencarral. Man ist sofort im Madrider Stadtleben angekommen und zu Fuß sind viele Restaurants und Supermärkte zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gab genügend Wäsche und Handtücher. Für einen Städtetrip ist die Wohnung ideal gelegen, ein U Bahnhof ist 1 Minute entfernt. Zu Fuß erreicht man schon viele Ziele, den Rest erledigt man mit der Metro.Wir sagen Danke, und empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter.

Paradise in Madrid

What a wonderful property. It’s located in a great neighbor hood close to restaurants, bars, and the metro station. Easy access to all of Madrid via walking or the Metro. Also easy access to train and bus depots for day trips. The property was very comfortable and well laid out. Wonderful Master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, great kitchen, office, and living room. Communication with the owner and local property manager was excellent. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Madrid!

Amazing property and location!!

This property is very clean and recently renovated and in a fantastic, central location! The metro is only a block away. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby! Property manager was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again! AC worked great. Full kitchen. Very comfortable and roomy!

Perfect home in central Madrid

This extremely clean and spacious, centrally located, and easily accessible place allowed us to explore Madrid easily and with a comfortable home base. It was even bigger and nicer than expected, and very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. We had everything we needed, including an extremely helpful, pleasant, and accessible host.

Christmas Vacation to Madrid

This was our second time in a row at this Apartment around the same time in the year. We stayed for a whole week and just need to say that the apartment is very well equipped, in a very good condition, and very well located in the heart of city center. Also, I need to thank Isbelia, who manages the property for her kindness and going to the extra-mile if we had any questions, always answering very promptly and eager to help. Highly recommended in all aspects. We are becoming "frequent flyers" and just booked our stay for next year :)

Great Modern Apartment

My family and I had a great trip to Madrid based out of this apartment. Proximity to metro spot made transport easy and plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and comfortable for the four of us!

A great spot for sightseeing Madrid

2 bedroom apartment was very clean and updated with appliances. Great location, very close to shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Our apt manager Isbelia was very informative, helpful and responsive as it was our first time in Madrid! Great Apartment and location.

It is an excellent location close to everything you want to see in Madrid. The apartment is clean and spacious, with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, providing privacy for all guests. I would like to stay here again ifnext time I am in Madrid. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property in Madrid!

We received a wonderful list of recommendations from our host Rudy upon making our reservation. The property is located in a very nice area and was walkable to the locations we were interested in visiting. The property is located very close to a Metro station and a taxi stand. The property is beautiful and is very well appointed. We were met by Isbelia, the property manager, upon our arrival. She was very welcoming and gave us some additional recommendations. We were very happy with the accommodations and would absolutely return!

Amazing property in perfect location

This is hands down one of the best properties I have every stayed at while travelling abroad. My wife and I stayed here for six nights and we did not want to leave. The communication with Rudy and Alberto was flawless throughout the entire process. The property has everything you will need while visiting Madrid. You are a 15-20 minute walk to most major places you want to go. There are numerous restaurants, bars and grocery stores within a few minutes walk and you feel like you are in the middle of everything. I highly recommend this property and hope to have the chance to come back and stay again in the near future. Thank you Rudy for allowing us to stay in your home and to Alberto for ensuring we were comfortable during our stay.

Très bel appartement bien situé et bien équipé

Très moderne et joliment décoré. Un seul bémol, c'est assez sonore et la chambre sur la rue est difficilement au calme malgré le double vitrage. Madrid vit nuit et jour ! Super séjour toutefois.

Beautiful Madrid Apartment in Great Location

Beautifully updated and decorated apartment in a fantastic location. Great restaurants and shopping right out the front door. Walking distance to Gran Via, museums and other attractions. Property manager was there to greet us at check in with maps, restaurant recommendations, etc. Quiet, safe building.

Born to a German father and Uruguayan mother (Basque roots), was raised in Argentina, Trinidad, Uruguay, Afghanistan and Perú, when I turned 17 I left home to go to college in the UK. A Global Nomad, with a very unique upbringing, have seen things few people have, that chiseled me to be the person I am today. Growing up all over the world teaches you to appreciate the richness of different races, religions, languages and cultures. I'm sharing my home, for you to enjoy Madrid's cafes and streets full of life, it's formidable culture and history!

It’s home to the Museum of Romanticism, the Museum of the History of Madrid, and several performing arts theaters. At night, edgy dance and rock clubs host live bands and DJs, and the Conde Duque cultural center shows art and open-air movies in its 18th-century halls and courtyards.
