Upmarket & Elegant 2 bed/2 bath in Central Madrid

Beautifully renovated and very tastefully furnished apartment from 1880, where everything is new. Located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, on Fuencarral street, between Malasaña and Chueca. Walking distance from world famous landmarks such as the Royal Palace, Gran Vía, Plaza Cibeles, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol and Puerta de Alcalá. 10% of the rent is donated to provide shelter for Ukrainian refugees, a small contribution to those in need.

Enjoy a King Bed in the Master Bedroom which is in Suite, and Queen sleepers in the Second Bedroom and the Living Room. A fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All necessary linen and towels are provided, as well as toiletries for the first few days.

Third year in a row visiting Madrid during Christmas holidays and this apartment is one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Walking distance to everyplace you want to be. Isbelia is just great in all regards. Cannot recommend any higher. All the best and Happy New Year!!!

This cozy apartment was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Shopping, food, ect.! The cabs were lined up a block away and the metro was right there! The host was so responsive and always answered with the best tips and advice we were so grateful! The apartment was so safe for our family to stay! The beds were very comfortable! That is so important;) kitchen had everything we needed! We loved Madrid! Hope to come back someday:)!

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is charming, clean, and very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and modern appliances. The location is excellent—right on a lively street with plenty of shops and cafés. I highly recommend Billy Brunch next door for breakfast. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance, plus easy access to the metro and a taxi stand just around the corner. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, informative, and full of helpful suggestions.

This apartment was fantastic! Exactly as advertised with easy check-in (a little early so we could store our luggage after landing) and excellent communication. Myself, my husband, and the other couple we travelled with were all quite comfortable. The location was perfect - close to so many great areas and just 20-30 minutes walking or even faster metro rides to other sites we wanted to see. We will definitely be back to Madrid and definitely hoping to stay here again

Perfect Madrid property!

This was our second stay at this property. The owner and local host are great to work with. Property is in a great location near so many shops and restaurants. We will be back again.

My family of four had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect - we were never too far from seeing the sights (either by foot or Metro) and we got to experience Madrid life in one of its lively neighborhoods. The apartment itself was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The host and property manager were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend this place to our family and friends and would be happy to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Madrid.

Perfect home in central Madrid

This extremely clean and spacious, centrally located, and easily accessible place allowed us to explore Madrid easily and with a comfortable home base. It was even bigger and nicer than expected, and very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. We had everything we needed, including an extremely helpful, pleasant, and accessible host.

Amazing Stay

Great Modern Apartment

My family and I had a great trip to Madrid based out of this apartment. Proximity to metro spot made transport easy and plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and comfortable for the four of us!

Great Apartment and location.

It is an excellent location close to everything you want to see in Madrid. The apartment is clean and spacious, with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, providing privacy for all guests. I would like to stay here again ifnext time I am in Madrid. Highly recommended!

Amazing property and location!!

This property is very clean and recently renovated and in a fantastic, central location! The metro is only a block away. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby! Property manager was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again! AC worked great. Full kitchen. Very comfortable and roomy!

Great Location

The apartment is in a great location. Just outside of the busy areas but an easy walk to all of the sites. Very clean and comfortable. Check-in was flawless with lots of recommendations.

Growing up all over the world teaches you to appreciate the richness of different races, religions, languages and cultures. A happening, hip, lively, gay friendly neighborhood, littered with cozy sidewalk cafes, tapas bars, restaurants, clothing stores, as well as boutiques, and popular markets like San Antón and Plaza del 2 de Mayo, a historic square lined with lively bars and weekend market stalls, a popular meeting spot. It’s home to the Museum of Romanticism, the Museum of the History of Madrid, and several performing arts theaters. At night, edgy dance and rock clubs host live bands and DJs, and the Conde Duque cultural center shows art and open-air movies in its 18th-century halls and courtyards.

The apartment had great amenities including laundry facilities, effective AC, fast WIFI and a fully stocked kitchen. Upon check-in, Isbelia was kind enough to provide us with great recommendations on things to do in the city, restaurants to visit and general directions on how to navigate the city. The King bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the window shutters were perfect for letting in the sunlight in the morning and blocking out all street noise at night.
