BRIGHT COMFY HOUSE WITH PLAY BOARDS (Ping Pong, Foosball, Air Hockey, Dart Board).
The home is set up to be able to host up to 8 people. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a sofa bed.
We carry all items you would need from a fully stocked kitchen.
The home has a laundry area with a washer and a dryer.
Only 12mins from Charleston International Airport, 16mins from Charleston Downtown…
Delicious food and different kitchens near around.
Additionally we do have a ring camera that
records sound upon motion.
The entire home is available for our guests except for closet in the living room and small pantry in the hall.
We provide guests with the code to the keypad on the front door to have easy access to home.
Free parking, free Wi-Fi, free Netflix
The home is also pet friendly with $100 non-refundable fee per trip.
Guests will be charged $250 PENALTY if they smoke at home/garage or make the party(event).
In case of damage to any item in the home you will be charged the market price of this item.
Please clean up after your pet poops around the house. If you don’t, you will be charged $100 penalty. Not allowed to poop at home!
You may hear airplane and train sound!!!

Very comfortable space

Loved the layout, bed are comfy and clean. Due to being close to airport and train track extremely noisy, made it hard to rest at night and during the day.

Minimal towels, uncomfortable beds, couch felt hard and lumpy, refrigerator leaking, roaches in game room/building, one small TV for whole property, not enough seating, yrash under couch, pills under bed.

Clean, bright, roomy, and comfortable

Our family of five (3 grown children and significant others) enjoyed this 3-bedroom home while here for our niece’s destination wedding weekend in historic downtown. Very pleased with how pleasantly bright this home is. It was quite clean. We did find the refrigerator/freezer was leaking pretty badly. The bottom was full of water, there was about an inch of water in both bottom drawers, as well as puddling in the top shelves. We were able to mop up the water successfully but fought the drippin water on our food all weekend. Would also suggest towel bars/hooks in both bathrooms to hang towels. Would like to have been provided a whole set per person: bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth. (We only had a towel and wash cloth per person and one hand towel per two people) It’d be great to have some place to hang towels to dry between uses. The game room was fun but was a bit unclean… used bandaid in windowsill, a bit dirty througout and beeping smoke detectors in the loft that we couldn’t reach to silence. Overall, honestly was great though and we would absolutely stay here again, especially if the refrigerator leaking issue is repaired.

Great time

Would definitely recommend this property. We had a great time staying here and being only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, it was a great location for day trips. The airport is able to be heard, but it was not too bad.

Pet friendly, convenient to shopping, 20 mins from downtown

3 bedrooms to stretch out. Game room was neat to wind down with my oldest kid while the others took in the TV. Fenced yard in back for the early morning or late night doggy nature call.
