Peaceful stay and Great sleep!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. Such a gem! Everything was so much more organized and clean, and super creative with the decor! We would LOVE to come back another time of we ever make out it out!

Met our needs

Came in for Highwater Fest. Location was convenient and the house had a good set up and was clean. Saturday night, neighbors had a party that lasted until 10am!!!!!! so that was rough, otherwise we had a great time at the festival and house met our needs

First of all, we were very hesitant to book this after reading a review of someone “scared for their lives”. My husband and 2 dogs came for the week and we would return. Let me say, the neighborhood isn’t exactly eye catching but what the owner has done to the home is great. Almost the entire house is renovated. The bed was comfy and the location was less than a 10 uber right to downtown Charleston. We went to Folly beach and Sullivan beach (drove ourselves) for about a 20 min drive. The place was clean and easy to park. Another big one is that it did NOT smell like pets. We have stayed at dog friendly houses and the urine smell has ran us off. I wouldn’t encourage you to feel like you can walk the neighborhood alone but I also wouldn’t discredit how well of a job the owner has done. Also has a security system that has cameras! Not too bad for security

Great Charleston Home Base

This spot was exactly what we needed for a wedding weekend in Charleston. We brought our pups and the backyard was perfect for them. Property owner/manager was very responsive to anything we needed.

Stay

Adam was great! Very quick with communication and was accommodating with checking in. The house was also very clean. Location was a little bit of a surprise but we overall felt very safe and it was only about 10 mins from downtown Charleston.

Girls trip

House was very clean! Owner was quick with responses. Bring additional wash clothes. Neighborhood was "iffy" but did not feel unsafe at all! Even though our group was just girls. Would recommend & stay again!!!

Do not recommend

Listing was inaccurate, ammenties said hot tub but there wasnt one. When told host, listing magically changed. TV did not work. Shower like pressure washer. Neighborhood very unfriendly and scary, we left early as result.

Awful Experience!! Did Not Stay One Night At This Place!! Ghetto Neighborhood!!

We did not even stay at this house! The neighborhood is very scetchy. We actually feared for our lives. And the lives of our son. And his friends that were with us. The add for this house said it was a good neighborhood. Totally Not Accurate!! We actually witnessed a drug deal in front of the house!! I contacted the host. And told him that we were afraid to stay. And asked for a refund. He told me that he would have to get back with me. We had to book another house ourselves. With no help or offer of help from the host. After message him several times. He did get back to me. Only to tell me that he would not refund any of the cost. When someone tells you that they are afraid for their life and the lives of their family. You would think that they would be of some help. I would not advise this house or host!! ***Awful Experience ***
