5104 Island Club is the idyllic place for your next family vacation. This single level, 1st floor oceanfront condo provides easy access to the beach and Island Club amenities straight from the back porch!

The open-concept floor plan features ceramic flooring in all common area. Relax in the comfortable living area featuring plenty of seating, a 42” flat screen and access to the private deck. The dining area seats 6 guests with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The fully stocked, recently renovated, kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze! The kitchen features ceramic tiles, stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space.

The main bedroom is located just off the living area and features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen and a twin bed, as well as a flat screen TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest room features two queen size beds, a flat screen TV and access to a private porch overlooking the Island Club playground. This room has a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
