Welcome to Windsor Star Retreat, a spacious 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa located in the premier gated community of Windsor Island. Just minutes from Orlando’s world-famous attractions, this beautifully designed vacation home offers space, comfort, and entertainment for up to 18 guests.

Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa, complete with sun loungers and outdoor seating—the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine or relax after a day at the parks. A child safety fence adds peace of mind for families.

Inside, the open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island, and a formal dining area for family meals and gatherings.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests. If you wish for the contact of a rental company, please reach out.

Nice place to stay

Juan was very prompt at answering emails very friendly. There was 12 of us staying at the home plenty of room. Kids loved the pool.

When we arrived there was no reservation for us at the check in area (gated community) which resulted in calling an emergency number and waiting for them to add us to the list before being able to proceed to the house. On night 2, after arriving back to the house at 10pm (with 3 small kids), we were locked out of the house because the key pad was not working. The code for the lock box with the spare key was incorrect as well. We waited for 20 minutes for the “maintenance” man to arrive with no spare key and proceeded to break in the back door of the house to let us in. The keypad was not fixed for the remainder of our stay.The washer was broken, the spin cycle doesn’t work. The dryer exhaust vent was also not hooked up to anything, leaving us unable to do any laundry while there. My mother in law slipped and fell on a massive puddle of water in the laundry room when the washer leaked overnight. In the game room, the pool sticks were broken, and the basketballs were all deflated for the basketball game.The drawer to the left of the kitchen sink was broken and we left the silverware on the kitchen counter our entire stay because the drawer fell out.When I reached out after we checked out to voice my concerns about the issues during our stay, they claimed they can’t do anything since we didn’t report it at the exact moment. They were not apologetic, nor offered any type of solution/resolution. Very bad customer service.

Family Vacation

The house was very spacious and accommodating to us. The only issue that we had was the house was infested with ants. When I called the property team the told me to send pictures in order for someone to come out. I then messages the host and they had someone come out. I had to have them come out more than once. They also does not include wash clothes just hand and towels.

Investment Property

We are pretty sure no one has ever lived in this property the lighting is harsh and almost unusable. If anyone had ever lived in this home there would have been dimmers installed long ago. One of the video games in the garage was turned off and required an account to access we did not have this so we could not play. The property was clean and spacious but communication with the property manager left a lot to be desired. I submitted my list of guests including myself two days prior to our arrival yet when I arrived at 9:00 pm my name had been left off the list and security gave us a very hard time getting in. My guests were told they could enter but I would have to wait to be added to the list by the property manager. Make sure you submit every adults name and make sure they have valid ID the refused to let an 80 year old friend of the family on the property because he did not have ID. It is a solid value but it is more like a large hotel than a home.

Horrible communication, host did not hold up their end of the deal

We booked a stay for my children’s birthday in October. The day we were supposed to leave, Hurricane Milton was predicted to tear straight through Davenport. We reached out and asked to cancel given the impending storm and were told no. Against out better judgement, we waited for the storm to pass and went the following day. We had paid for the pool to be heated beginning Wednesday due to the hosts minimum requirements. We arrived Friday and the pool was ice cold. Not only that, we were advised that the property was not affected by the storm. This was a lie. The fence behind the house was ripped out. The amenities in the neighborhood were closed until Sunday. We were scheduled to leave Monday. So no neighborhood pool, and a freezing back yard pool. I had to continuously call to get someone to turn on the pool heat. They asked me to be patient given the circumstances due to the hurricane - the same hurricane that I asked to cancel for. We did not get the pool heated until Saturday evening. I requested to be reimbursed for the heating fees, and the management company has totally ghosted me. I went against the prior bad reviews on this property and decided to book because it was a good price. Learn from my mistake and STEER CLEAR. Not worth it.
