Enjoy the HUGE DECK- Perfect for family BBQ's and star gazing at night! Love to cook for our loved ones? The kitchen has been updated with new all electric/smart appliances and is complete with a built in air fryer in the oven. You can fit all of your family in Patricia- with 2 large bedrooms upstairs & a master suite on the main floor. The over-sized garage is a perfect fit for all of your mountain toys and includes a 220 charger for your car! Central vac is a great bonus for all seasons. BONUS! Enjoy all the awesome Blue Lake Springs amenities with this home.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and clean and the hot tub was a plus - especially because we got a May snow storm! House location was great also, very close to town and attractions. Communication with the homeowner was fabulous, owner was responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

Great Location and Property

The house was in the perfect location! About 5 minutes from Blue Lake Springs Lake and about 3 minutes from the local grocery store. Kids and adults had a ton of fun here and would definitely come back! Host was very responsive and accommodating to any questions. Would recommend staying here!

Stay in Arnold

Arnold is a great town. The house we stayed at really helped keep that thought alive. We had a great time at Issac’s property. The house is well put together for the space allowed. It could use some clearer instructions when you get there to help understand the house and the heating situation however. We also found dog hair on the couch and on the kitchen hardwood floor which in all honesty isn’t a huge deal but doesn’t really show me it was cleaned super well prior to us. All other aspects of the cleanliness of the property were 5 stars. I would also recommend bringing a portable gate for toddlers to block the stairs. I did that and it made a huge difference when we were all hanging out downstairs. The deck and hot tub are really the star of this property. Those amenities were great. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time we are out that way. Thanks Issac!
