Gracious entry rotunda leads to the open concept living room, family room and dining room with 18 foot ceilings. Comfortable designer furnishings are accented with fine art and sculpture All main rooms have a beautiful view of the covered outdoor spaces, pool and golf course. The gourmet kitchen has new sub-zero and wolf appliances, solid surface countertops, 2 dishwashers, warming ovens and is fully stocked to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet dinner. Sunken bar for cocktails also with sub-zero wine refrigerator.
This home has been set up with the fastest fiberoptic internet available with a mesh system so you can move throughout the house, outdoors and casita without internet disruption. Set up is designed for many devices, online gaming, streaming and video calls as well as cable TV and Sonos.
Outdoor space has dining area, sitting area private pebble-tec pool, spa and waterfall. Also included is a built in barbecue and firepit.
All 4 Bedrooms have streaming TVs, great WIFI and ensuite bathrooms. The casita is a single bedroom guest house with a front courtyard separate entrance, kitchenette with sub-zero and microwave and fireplace.
Guest privileges can be arranged with owner and include fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball and access to multiple community pools. Also included is access to multiple country club dining areas.

Located in an ideal location in the Coachella Valley this home is in the highly desirably gated golf course community of Rancho La Quinta Country Club. Located on an interior street, this house is located on the golf course and gets beautiful morning sun and afternoon sun on the pool area.
This house is a large 4200ft rambler and is meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated. The home comes with a state of the art kitchen with high-end sub-zero appliances, luxury linens, designer furniture and gallery art. This is not your typical rental, but a personal home meant to share with discerning renters.
