The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Welcome to your grand vacation home! The experience starts right as you pull up and see the charming and inviting exterior accented by the manicured front lawn. As you enter through the bright, open, high-ceilinged entryway, your jaw will drop as you take in your surroundings. The home is luxurious and lavish with gorgeous finishes throughout. The open concept layout, large windows, and soaring ceilings make the home feel even more spacious. Plus, the modern eclectic furniture and décor, accented by great lighting, is just the icing on the cake!



The front of the home features a large dining room perfect for enjoying meals together as a group. The spacious living room with a gorgeous fireplace is open to the kitchen. It features huge windows, almost floor to ceiling, letting in lots of sunlight and offering a great view of the backyard. One of the great extras in this home is a cinema room! Furnished with a comfy couch (that opens to a queen size bed), movie theater-style chairs, a foosball table, and movie posters adorning the walls, you’re sure to have a blast hanging out in this space!



You’ll have your very own beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, gorgeous cabinets and backsplash, and built-in appliances. This space is truly stunning and with lots of space, you’ll love cooking up a fresh meal in here. It’s fully equipped with everything you need. You’ll also have a beautiful breakfast area to enjoy your meals or you can sit at the barstools along the long kitchen counter.



Your entire group will have plenty of room to spread out in the 6 enormous bedrooms (one of them is the cinema room with a sofa bed) and 4 beautiful bathrooms. The bedrooms are modern and refreshing with comfy beds and linens to help ensure you have a relaxing atmosphere to rest in. The bathrooms are clean and upgraded with modern finishes. The master bath has a spacious vanity area, standing shower, and soaking tub.



It’s not just the indoor space that’ll make you feel like you’re living the high life. The outdoor living area is the ultimate outdoor space featuring a covered patio with loads of seating, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, fridge, and bar. *Please note that the spa at this property is not heated and features a cool-water plunge pool sitting area. This style of spa is a common feature in many Texas pools, where the warm climate makes it enjoyable for much of the year. To help guests plan their stay with the right expectations, we want to be transparent that the spa does not have a heating function and will be at approximately the same temperature as the pool.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a pristine neighborhood of Mesquite, our home backs on to Samuell Farm which offers trails, lakes, and picnic and park areas! You won’t be too far from DFW Airport and will be conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and only 40 minutes to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026. Universal Kids Resort - All-new theme park with six immersive themed lands, kid-friendly rides, interactive shows, and more only 52 min drive.



But Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions of its own. If you’re here during rodeo season, visit the Mesquite Rodeo (we’re not called The Rodeo Capital of Texas for nothing!). Other nearby attractions include the Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas (our bustling dining and shopping district), and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all just under 10 minutes away. If you’re visiting with kids, be sure to check out Celebration Station featuring batting cages, go-karts, an arcade, laser tag, paintball, and mini golf. If you prefer golf of the non-mini variety, Mesquite Golf Club is 15 minutes away.
