The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager didn't email specific check in information until right before check in, which caused some anxiety. We were informed of a service call to check a clogged dryer vent 8 minutes before they arrived, and management went into the apartment when we were not there. That made us very uncomfortable, and felt that any maintenance should have waited until the property was vacant. The property manager might want to consider leaving a folder with pertinent information in it, such as check in and check out information, including how to lock the door after vacating the property. There were a couple glitches, but overall the property was clean and enjoyable.
