Great place for a weekend getaway.

Easy access to everything in Hot Springs. Building is older but tasteful, and this unit is fully renovated.

The house was very clean, the location is great and the views are nice. We come to the area often and would rent it again. They also have covered parking.

Cute stay!

Very nice condo on the lake a few miles from downtown Hot Springs! Host left me and my guests snacks and plenty of items to use if we were in need of: toothbrushes, makeup remover wipes, razors, etc! Definitely worth staying!

Perfect Place

The sunsets are amazing on the water view. We could not ask for a better place to stay. It is close enough to everything. 10-15min from the heart of Hot Springs. The condo had everything we could need and more. David is a wonderful host and was quick to answer any question.

July family time

our trip was a spur of the moment event. We were surprised that we were able to find such great accommodations so close to the Fourth of July weekend. The condo itself was absolutely fabulous. It was comfortable, and the view was amazing. From the bedroom on the southside, we were able to see a fireworks display somewhere way across the lake which was a pleasant surprise. This was on Saturday night but overall we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were relaxed and will definitely do This again

Great Stay

Driving up to building I’ll admit I was a bit surprised seeing the older building. WOW; I was so wrong! We walked in and were immediately amazed. The renovation of this property was simply incredible. The nostalgia of the building and the eclectic deco is beautiful. Our room was one of the best condo rentals that we have ever stayed in. Fell in love with it. We will be back many times. Eddie & Kendra

Thanks for the great review Kendra! Yes, the building is older, but is in really great shape and offers a step back in time (the old photos of Hot Springs by the elevator are many favorite). Was built in 1962 by the founder of Holiday Inn (there is a resemblance to the hotels). The swimming pool was actually featured in Time magazine back in the 60's due to its futuristic design. Like you mentioned, the condo was completely remodeled. Definitely makes people say "WOW" when they open the doors!! Come back soon and thanks again!!
