Relax in the large jetted tub in the main bedroom en suite bathroom, or rest in the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a 65" flat screen TV in front of the wood-burning fireplace. The excellent amenities in this home do not stop there; you can step out onto the patio to take in the fresh mountain air, cook on the gas grill, or play in the snow! The recently updated kitchen will make preparing meals a breeze; everyone can find a seat at the eight-person dining table or the four-person window nook.

The home features WIFI, a full-sized washer/dryer, two car garage with one additional parking spot outside, a gas grill, a patio, racks for ski gear, built-in heated dressers in the main bedroom, a boot warmer, luxury Tempur-Pedic mattresses in the main bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and 3rd bedroom, a recently remodeled, fully stocked kitchen, and more!

The heart of Vail Village is just a quick 10-minute drive for access to skiing, shopping, and dining. For those who don’t wish to drive, the free Town of Vail bus picks up every 15 minutes, which is only steps away from the base of the driveway. The Vail bus is perfect for getting to the slopes quickly on those fresh powder days!

If you are visiting during the Spring or Summer, you'll have close access to many outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, and golfing. Several beautiful hiking trails along Gore Creek and up into the mountains are accessed just down the road in White River National Park. Bighorn Park is pretty close, too. There the family can have a picnic and enjoy the playground. If you want to bike into town, you can ride along Gore Creek.

Pets, smoking, and events/parties are not allowed at this property. No exceptions.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
