My wife and I spent 5 nights at Coco Bay Cottages. Kelly (Host) responds promptly and provides detailed information for the property. Rex (Caretaker) is very professional and kind, he made us feel welcome since we arrived in Green Turtle Cay.The cottage we stayed at is very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the sunsets at the dock while sightseeing the marine life.

We enjoyed a week in paradise! This cottage have the perfect location with access to a dock for the boat in Coco Bay and a beautiful beach on the Atlantic side. The cottage has basic accommodations and everything works well. Internet, AC, hot water works well. Excellent value in general. The property manager keep great communications and the on-site manager Rex was amazing! He was very kind and helpful! We had a unforgettable vacation! Green Turtle cay is espectacular in nature and beaches.

Cottage life

Tahiti cottage at Cocobay Cottage's was exactly as expected from the description. We were looking for a beach property that was simple and give us an island feel. This property checked all of our boxes. The location was perfect, beach was amazing, communication with owners was great and the property care taker Rex was available as needed and so welcoming! We did know ahead of time that we would need to provide our own beach chairs and cooler and you could rent these on island. If you are looking for simple and wanting to enjoy island life then this is where you need to stay! We loved it and hope to stay again in the Tahiti in the future.

A slice of paradise

If you’re looking for a quiet island escape, this property is pure perfection. The cottages cozy, well-appointed, and just steps from the ocean. They include everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a laid-back island charm that instantly makes you feel at home. If you’re looking for peace, privacy, and direct access to some of the best beaches in the Bahamas, this is it. The water is crystal-clear, and there is daily visits at the dock of turtles , sharks and rays. The hospitality is outstanding—the care taker Rex goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, from arranging golf cart rentals to sharing local tips on the best spots for dining and exploring. Green Turtle Cay itself is a charming, friendly island with a relaxed vibe, fantastic food, and plenty of adventure if you want it. We can’t wait to return

I spent a magical week on GTC on a solo trip. I was seeking a tranquil, relaxing “back to basics” trip. I arrived via ferry and Rex was great at guiding me to the cottage and showing me to my cottage. “Tahiti cottage” it was a beautiful 1br cottage, waterfront. No frills, but exactly what I was looking for. Perfect for 1 or 2.I saw sharks, turtles and sting rays every day! It was the highlight of my trip. The beach is gorgeous and great for walks and shelling. My only reason for 4 stars is the dredging/land clearing next door. Four of my 6 days was spent with large equipment dredging in the bay about 50 ft from the dock and clearing a lot next door via VERY loud equipment (Not the property owners fault) I had a very hard time relaxing by the water or in my cottage during all of this because it was so loud. I did reach out to the host and she was quick to respond (but not muchshe could do of course) I just would have liked to know this prior to booking as it had been going on for at least a couple of weeks already. Despite the construction next door, this property is so perfect for a vacation to just relax.

We're sorry that you felt far away from everything. Our beautiful island is 3 miles long from the North to the South but we understand that sometimes it can feel like town is further away.
