The space
This place is the real deal. Nestled in an upscale neighborhood of El Cajon, it’s all about the backyard—which features a private pool, heart-shaped spa, waterslide, and plenty of space to relax or play. Vacation vibes are everywhere you look.

Inside, the main level is designed for gathering. An open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings seamlessly connects the modern kitchen, eight-seat dining table, and cozy living room—perfect for movie nights or unwinding by the fireplace.

Upstairs, you’ll find four private bedrooms, plus a fifth bedroom downstairs, offering plenty of room for everyone. The sleeping arrangements are flexible and ideal for groups of all sizes:

Each bedroom features its own Smart TV and generous storage, giving everyone the space and comfort they need to settle in. Upstairs, you’ll also find an additional full bathroom with a convenient shower/tub combo.

And then there’s the backyard—it truly steals the show. Enjoy a pool that can be heated (yes, even in winter), a waterslide, heart-shaped spa, tiki bar, BBQ grill, shaded outdoor dining area, fire pit, playground, and huge yard. There’s even more fun in the garage, with a full gym and ping pong table!

We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces.

The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.

This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.

Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day. There is a 2-day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free—just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating.

Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they've purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.

If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.

Hosting more than 14 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.

Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
