The Space:
Brand new to the rental market!  This is a fantastic property with an extensive interior remodel, all new furniture and a great location any time of year.  Enjoy sitting in the hot tub with Mt Crested Butte in the background!


The first floor has a large, beautiful chef's kitchen with an expansive island and upscale appliances.  The open floor plan provides plenty of natural light and space for your entire group to all be together.  The dining area, with seating for 10 and (4 more at the island) is adjacent to the kitchen and heated sunroom with foosball and access to the back deck.  The living room has a large Roku TV to use your personal subscriptions for streaming and gas fireplace.  There are two bedrooms which share a large full bath with a shower and double vanity.  One room has a king and the other has a queen bed.  There is also access to the attached 2 car garage, which has room for two small vehicles to park inside.  There is room for 3 more vehicles in the driveway. A small foyer with bench and hooks is accessed when entering through the front door. 


Upstairs you'll find two more guest rooms that share a full bath (with bathtub).  One room has a king and the other "bunk room" has two twin beds and a queen bed complete with a large smart TV with a Roku for streaming your apps with your personal subscriptions.


Finish your day with a nice soak in the private outdoor hot tub with Mt. Crested Butte looming nearby.


This property's location is conveniently located on the free shuttle route.  A new transit plan is in the works. We are waiting for details about this, but vans will be on demand for skier pick up/drop off. In summer months, you are close to so many popular trails for hiking and biking.  You can ride right from the house!  

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees.  NO trailers.  There is a ring doorbell at this property.  

Renters 25 years and older are welcome.

Check-in instructions including your lockbox code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST.

The Neighborhood:
Paradise Road is a tightknit community of local and 2nd homeowners. Its not uncommon to see people out and about on walks, working in their yard or conversing with their neighbors.
