Spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartmt (109sqm) situated in the ever popular Village complex on Beach Crescent with direct access to Hout Bay beach, featuring heated indoor pool, sea views from main bedrm and lounge, large patio, walking distance to shops and restaurants, secure undercover parking bay, 24 hour concierge in a resort style apartment block. Newly refurbished. Work from home desk with wireless printer. Pets can be accommodated upon request. A detailed guidebook is available after booking.
