- There is one assigned parking space and we can obtain a guest pass for one additional vehicle. No trailers or branded work vehicles are allowed.
- All reservations require a SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT and government-issued PHOTO ID to complete the booking. (E-sign document sent after booking, both must be returned within 48 hrs.)
- No smoking, vaping, etc on the premises.
- No third-party rentals.
- Renter must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- No glitter, dye, or confetti.
*** Note that this home is equipped with a device that monitors - but does not record - the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion (HVAC only)) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. For your protection, this home has exterior-facing security cameras. These cameras record video and audio only when detecting movement. No tampering with, blocking, or disconnecting sensors, cameras, or wifi is allowed. ***
