Guest Access:
As guests, you will have full access to the entire home, including the beautiful swimming pool, spacious living areas, and full kitchen. With eight large, stylish bedrooms and six pristine full bathrooms, large groups and families will find this the perfect place to make magical memories that’ll last a lifetime. Parking is a breeze when you stay at this luxurious villa. You will enjoy free parking on the driveway and street throughout your stay.

This property comfortably accommodates 16 people and can sleep an absolute maximum of 18. You’ll also enjoy free access to all of the resort’s amenities including a kids’ splash park, an arcade, a lazy river, a gym, a poolside bar, sand volleyball, and more!

The home is fully sanitized after every check-out and thoughtful touches are provided throughout, such as high-speed wifi, home laundry, and complimentary toiletries. Windsor at Westside Resort, Orlando Florida is one of the most popular resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Featuring an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, and a sundry shop and video arcade. The ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World® theme parks via toll road 429. Also, close by are many dining and shopping options.

Getting Around:
Our home is located just .4 miles down the road from the Windsor at Westside resort. It is a less than 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please note that the front door auto-locks after 4 minutes and we request that you ensure that all doors are locked and lights turned off when checking out.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Please be mindful and respect our neighbors. Parties and events are not permitted on the property.

A strict NO SMOKING policy is in operation within the home and extends to incense, marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and cigars. For the comfort of all guests, the Windsor at Westside is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

No pets are permitted.

Please note that we provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a starter kit of laundry and dishwasher pods. For longer stays, you may need to restock and you’ll find some great local grocery stores nearby.

Pool maintenance takes place weekly on Tuesdays, and generally lasts for approximately 15 minutes.
