Toss your skis over your shoulder and walk to the gondola and the base of Steamboat Ski Resort from this comfortable, ski-view condo. In warm weather, head to the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course for a relaxing time on the greens, just two miles from your door. This property is also only four miles from the heart of town where you'll find a number of excellent restaurants, shops, and museums.

Sit out on the patio to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee. Inside, the wood-burning fireplace keeps you and your guests warm and cozy while you play a few board games at the nearby table. This home also includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare everyone's favorite recipes. For your total convenience, be sure to take advantage of the lockable ski locker, located right outside the front door.

On-site, indulge in an après-ski soak in the community hot tub - the perfect way to close out your day!

Please note that there is a staircase near the trash area that is cleared and maintained throughout the winter months for safe access to the mountain.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location for the property - an easy walk to the base. Bit noisy with upstairs occupants. Overall good stay.

The location was great with just a short 8 min. Walknro the base and gondola. The houae had many amenities in the kitchen and a washer dryer. The fireplace was a nice touch (need to get your own firewood however). Tip:use instacart to get food, firewood and even alcohol! You really dont need a car as there is a great bus system.

Quiet and short walk to mountain

This condo was well decorated and cozy! The bed was very comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was nice and quiet. The distance to the resort is unbeatable. There is also a foam pad for the pull out bed for the couch which is a great touch.

Perfect getaway!

This place was the best!!! The location alone is hard to beat with it basically being ski in/out, not to mention how easy it is to access town! It also has parking, no stairs, and every single amenity we needed! We had 4 people with us and we all fit super comfortably with more than enough storage space. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities (pans, toaster, crockpot!) and we loved being able to stop back at the place to grab lunch. Highly recommend!

Almost Ski-In/Ski-out, without the SI-SO price!!!

Such an easy, short walk, then short ski to the gondola! I just left my skis in the snow Bank & walked 1/2 block back to the condo for lunch. Kitchen is very well equipped. Parking right in front of condo is very convenient. Plenty of linens, pillows and blankets for the hide-a-bed. We will definitely stay there again, feels like we found an affordable gem.

Great little condo

Great location. The walk to and from the gondola was not far at all like some of the reviews suggest. The bed is on the very soft side so it made it uncomfortable for 2 normal sized adults and there were only two pillows that would slide between the headboard. Other than that everything else was great.

Good condo. Limited natural light

Overall good condo. Has what you need/want-easy parking, kitchen, hot tub access. The condo is dimly lit in the living room-this room only gets natural light in the late afternoon/evening and the installed lighting system is odd making the front room and condo as a whole seem dimly lit for most of the day. Not a deal breaker, but not ideal if you happen to spend more than a few hours in the condo at a time.

Quiet and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our long stay. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the wood furniture set! The hot tub was cozy, the fireplace was durable, and the location was hard to beat! This is our second time staying at this location and we loved it. It's within walking distance to the ski resort, restaurants, and a brewery. We loved that the condo was quiet and had two parking spots for our cars. When we've stayed in other locations in Steamboat, but we only ever had one parking spot, so that was a huge bonus!

Important amenities were not available as listed on VRBO

We booked this condo for its location, the hot tub, fireplace and good parking. The hot tub was located behind a locked gate and we weren’t given a key. There was no wood for the fireplace, and no parking passes. Despite calling, texting and emailing VRBO and Vacasa every day, no one could help us, and the situation was never corrected. It made for a disappointing and frustrating trip.
