This home is in one of the best locations in Tampa. A few blocks away from Bayshore Blvd which has amazing views and connects to downtown Tampa.

Four bedrooms feature king beds in all and also in the common space area there is a pull-out coach.

This property is a two story town home with a garage for two cars. It is very big, 2,000 square feet plus.

Please note: To ensure the best experience for our guests, certain amenities and services may incur modest additional charges. We strive to keep these costs minimal and transparent:

* Early Check-in if Available: $50
* Late Check-out if Available: $50
* Pet Fees: $100 per Pet, 3 Pet Max
* Shipping Lost & Found: $50 + Shipping Cost
* Additional Guest Fee Above 8: $15 per Night

Wonderfully spacious and beautiful

This property was conveniently located close to downtown Tampa and the beautiful waterway, surrounded by elegant homes and mansions. It felt extremely comfortable and safe. The location allowed us to explore the areas around Tampa as far down as Sarasota and Siesta Key. We were extremely pleased with the availability of the management team and their responsiveness was outstanding. This rental property is highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with a group of 4 or more people. Beautiful kitchen and huge television for entertainment!!!

Lovely, spacious Townhouse in great location

The property is in a great location close to downtown Tampa and all the amenities you’ll ever need. One of the best cared for and clean properties we’ve ever stayed in. Four bedrooms all with kings and very comfortable mattresses are like heaven. The kitchen is well appointed and the common spaces are large but comfy. You can’t go wrong.

Home Away From Home!

My family and friends stayed at this location for approximately ten (10) days and everything was fabulous! Tucked away in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood, the property was clean, well maintained, and secure! Will definitely stay here again if we visit Tampa in the future! Oh, and the management team was top notch and very responsive from the date the rental was secured until checkout! I’m not sure if I’ll ever stay in another hotel again!

Excellent place for a family gathering during trying times

We were in Florida to support our daughter/mother/sister Audrey Dawn MacManus, Who was gravely ill in Tampa General Hospital. Tragically, Audrey passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024. This lovely property gave us a refuge to be together as a family, and temporarily escape the tension of The ICU. We prepared family meals in the very well stocked kitchen, sat at the large dining room table, watched “Is It Cake?”On Netflix, and bonded a lot as a family. The VRBO unit was everything advertised. It was available an hour early. It was clean, lots of towels, four comfortable bedrooms, And centrally located. I certainly hope we never need a VRBO under similar circumstances, but this home away from home helped my family through a very difficult time.
