All bathrooms have been renovated to be the peak of style. Escape to your tub and spa shower that adjoins the main bedroom suite, complete with new furniture and an exquisite mattress. This spacious condo is 1,933 SF and features a 2nd bedroom with two queens, brand new mattresses, and a private, updated bath. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds with brand-new mattresses & a private, updated bath. Enjoy direct Gulf views from your balcony & den. Amenities include an outdoor and indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, a Fitness Center, Grills, tennis, and pickleball. Perdido Key is less crowded & more private than Orange Beach!! Nice property. Excellent king bed in the master! Bring a cutting board, lots of knives but no cutting board. Minor annoyance. Love the quiet area. Will return.

The property was excellent! It was clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed. Great view from the balcony and it is in a wonderful location in Perdido Key. Andy is an amazing host and person. He was available when I had questions and you can tell he cares about people. I highly recommend this property, and hope I can return there again.

Beautiful views of the Gulf !

Nice condo. Very spacious condo with views from every room. The large balcony was our favorite space with plenty of room to enjoy our breakfast, lunch and dinner . The views of the gulf were stunning from the balcony. We had great communication with owner.

Beautiful condo and area

We loved the condo but didn't like that there were issues with the washer and dryer that did affect our vacation negatively. The washer was fixed thanks to the property manager's quick action, but it took 4 days for the washer to be fixed.

That is a fair response Mona. We appreciate that you gave us a five star review in spite of that inconvenience. As property owners, occasionally we do have things go down like a washer that we do not discover is broken till the day of the check-in. Unfortunately, this was an isolated situation because it took three trips out to get it fixed until the owner of the company came out and did it himself. She was gracious and understanding. We did immediately jump on it as soon as it was discovered. I think that’s the sign of a great property manager as their responsive and do their best.

Peaceful and convenient

The beach access is convenient and the beach and beach view are amazing. The condo is spacious, and having 3 full bathrooms is helpful. The area is peaceful, quiet, not busy or crowded, yet close to shopping, restaurants and things to do. The condo could use a deep clean, like dusting baseboards and light fixtures and cleaning door knobs and light switches. The king mattress was comfortable, but the queen mattresses need to be replaced. They were very worn and uncomfortable.

We are always disappointed anytime we do not get a five star review and we always break down that review carefully to see how we can get better. I’ve passed your cleanliness comments on our cleaning crew and we will make sure we take care of that on our next clean. I will partially be in the condo the week of April 4 and I will make sure those two queen mattresses are replaced. Our guests have my word on that. Thank you for the feedback. We will get better because of your review.
