This Medellín Luxury Penthouse Duplex is close to Primer Parque de Laureles. The Penthouse has been recently redesigned and is in immaculate shape. The unobstructed view from the 18th and 19th floor balconies are among the highest—views of this caliber are a rare find.
With luxury finishes the 2nd floor has the master bedroom, an office and private terrace jacuzzi with incredible views. It also has a 2nd kitchen for BBQ's and 24-hour private security. A swimming pool plus sauna are also in the complex.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Past guests have mentioned how they love the living room cinematic ambience and starlit sky while steeping in the jet stream jacuzzi especially if you can catch it under an evening drizzle. A recommendation I would make is to fully enjoy the balconies—an early balcony breakfast at dawn to watch the city wake up or an evening mezzanine spectacle of fireworks during any one of the many holidays in Colombia. Another would be to fanboy or fangirl into any number of your favorite games or matches—from football to fútbol—with friends and family off of the 65” TV screen.

Known as the City of Eternal Spring, the weather in Medellín is practically perfect. You will never feel too cold inside your penthouse. And the elevation of your penthouse is high enough for natural wind to breeze and soothe you from ever feeling too hot.
