3 story large house with heated pool and hot tub. Private fenced in yard, large deck, views from the front and walking distance to the beach walkover. Enjoy the serene mornings and calm evenings overlooking the beautiful ocean horizon. With 2 balconies and an open floor plan, the "Boat House" is the perfect place for the gathering of friends and family. View the virtual tour for perfect layout. This tour was just taken in Feb 2023
