Located at 900 m from the sea and 2,4 km from the TANCHET beach in Sables D’Olonne, this modern villa for 6 people with heated private pool (26 Degree) in a safety park, welcome you to spend good time in familly or with some friends. You will appreciate the heated pool (from 1 of amy to End of september), the south terrace and a nicely garden....

A cycle path serves the residence, you can book a bicycle inside the residence (extra cost) to go downtown Les Sables d'Olonne along the coast... The village LA PIRONNIERE is located at 400 m from the residence and you will find everyting you needs for your stay. bar Snack, bakery, drugstore, grocery store and the shopping Center LES OCEANES is at 3 Km...
For golf player, 2 golfs 18 holes are closed to the residence from 8 km, the PORT BOURGENAY golf by the sea and the OLONNE golf in the countryside.

For water sport, a sailing school is at TANCHET Beach (2,4 km), you can Surf and sail . The TANCHET is a Beach with lifeguard, and you can also spend time in the beach restaurant...

Inside the residence, your childrens will appreciate the playgrounds, ping pong table or tennis court (extra cost requested), petanque field and a multisport court. Please think to bring with you your own equipment.


Villa description :
We offer 6 person villas, with private garden and swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, Two bathrooms the first one with bath and shower and toilet, a second one with shower and toilet. A kitchen equiped with oven, fridge, ceramics hobs, coffee maker, dishwasher, Microwave, washing machine and all kitchen utensils to prepare good dishes. A cozy living room with sofas, coffee table and flat sreen TV. The accomodation offers WIFI access free.
A private parking space is near your villa and a shared parking is available at the entrance.

This Villa is managed by a dedicated Conciergerie you can join it all along your stay if you need some help and request. As soon your booking is approved, I will provide you the Conciergerie Contact. The conciergerie will arrange for you your arrival and departure and will ensure a welcoming in this villa. When you know your arrival hour Please, set up an appointment with the Conciergerie, hours requested are :
- Arrival from 16 h to 20 h.
- Departure from 8 h to 10 h.
If you have any delays, The conciergerie can welcome you outside the period with extra cost.

To enjoy fully your stay, The Conciergerie can arrange for you the following service with extra cost,

Excellent property and super helpful host.

The property was lovely, exactly as described, and well equipped - the perfect set up for a great holiday. Communications from the host were excellent, who was also super helpful when we did have an issue. Check in and concierge service couldn't have been easier too. Thank you.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, ruhige Umgebung trotz Flughafen in der Nähe, viel Grün drumherum. Haus im großen und ganzen gut, nicht ganz sauber, Gartenmöbel lagen bei Ankunft kreuz und quer herum.

Très bon séjour. La maison est très accueillante et bien agencée. La piscine chauffée est particulièrement appréciable et permet d'en profiter même lorsque le temps est mitigé. Pas de vis à vis. Très belles pistes cyclables au départ de la résidence. A recommander!

Het was een fijn verblijf. Net huis, prachtig, schoon zwembad en een geweldige omgeving. Fietsen gehuurd op het park, zo konden we makkelijk naar strandjes/plekjes dichtbij. Van harte aanbevolen!

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables en Vendée durant ce mois d'août. La maison était propre et rangée à notre arrivée, une petite attention des propriétaires nous attendait également dans la cuisine (très sympa !). Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine (chauffée) quasiment au quotidien, du jardin, de la terrasse pour les repas et jeux en famille. Nous avions loué des vélos pour nous rendre plus facilement au Remblai et aux plages (pistes cyclables partout). La résidence est relativement calme, les propriétaires très disponibles, réactifs et adorables avec nous. Nous reviendrons, le RDV est déjà pris pour 2025 !

Location parfaite pour se ressourcer

Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cette location dans cette résidence privée, de vacances au calme avec sa piscine privée pour nous ressourcer. La maison comporte tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soit , rien ne manque. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine.
