While you enjoy this bright corner quarter acre nestled in the cozy Cottonwood mountains, just minutes from many amazing adventures from shops in Old Town Cottonwood to art in Jerome, and the riding the Verde River Greenway. Or check out the infamous red rocks at Slide Rock, and scenic Devils Bridge then finish through the canyons of the Verde Canyon Railroad.

This retreat is a homestead meets beach vibes created for a peaceful fun stays known as the Chill Pad!

With bright colors and new everything throughout, its easy to feel good vibrant energy, while your vacationing, unwinding or even working.

This simple, low maintenance, comfy and clean getaway is waiting for your time to relax and chill or get out and find adventures. Just 20 minutes from the red rocks of Sedona and Jerome makes this the perfect homebase for all of the things to enjoy here in beautiful central Arizona.

Guests have access to the the whole home and property. 1-2 night stays have access to every room in the house minus the pantry and garage. For 3 or more night stays have access to the garage with washer and dryer available for use.

RV dump and hookup available for an additional fee.

Enjoy your time and space! If you need anything we are available by call or text.

all the neighbors show kindness but keep to themselves pretty much:) The neighborhood and roads are great for walks and there's a lot hilly roads that might be fun if you skate or bike. We are at the top of the hill corner lot:) We have Rv space with hookup and dump.

The home has great space inside and out with fun things offered if youre staying in. We're conveniently right next door to a Walmart if you need groceries or anything.

For the winter, we use the space heaters and the woodstove fireplace to warm the house,there's a space heater for each bedroom available.

Pease enjoy this cozy small town right next to the beautiful city of Sedona, by the way the beautiful Az sunsets are so nice from the view out in front of the house:) Peace

Is best by vehicle if headed to Sedona or bike if getting in touch with Cottonwood.

Please welcome yourself to the property and furnishings. Please be respectful and courteous while enjoying the pad.

You are welcome to enjoy the coffee bar and condiments for coffee and also feel free to use the spices and olive oil if you cook. Kitchen is fully stocked and is available for light use. Refrigerator had community use condiments and 6 water bottles provided for each stay. Additional water and beverages may be available for an additional cost

You are welcome to use the cleaning supplies on hand. Fresh bedding, and additional Linens are available for longer stays. Pellet fireplace and popcorn maker have additional instructions before use.

Host was super accommodating. A good variety of cooking spices and food items (butter, salad dressing, etc), tons of toys and games and a bright, cheery atmosphere. Quiet and friendly neighborhood.

House was very clean and very cute and colorful. Had to start the pellet stove for heat which was loaded and ready to go, just had to turn the start button on, plenty of space heaters for each room which heated the place up quickly before the heating system could. We stayed when we went up to ride the Verde Canyon Railroad. Loved the water dispenser with hot and cold water! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay!

We were in town for a wine tasting tour and this property/location was perfect for the quick weekend away. The host was super friendly and responded to questions quickly. I’d definitely choose this property again if we make our way back to Cottonwood.

Location, great attractive space, friendly owners

The family did the Verde Valley Santa Village Train -- close to the Depot, and enough beds for everyone for a good nights sleep and breakfast.

Quaint in Cottonwood

Very clean, very quaint! We enjoyed hanging out on the porch for a cool evening. We would definitely stay there again hopefully for more nights and I Would recommend the house to others.

Cute and clean cottonwood house

Super cute little house for a cottonwood getaway. Very clean and has everything we needed. Took a while to find the glasses, which were in the lazy Susan. Beds were comfy and we loved the fire pit under the stars.

Perfect overnight stay

My sisters and I enjoyed our over night stay. This was a perfect stay after we rode the Verde Canyon Railroad and the next day we left to Jerome. Nice and safe neighborhood. The bedrooms were a nice size. The bedroom with the twin size beds was fine. I would stay again.We

Highly Recommend!

The property was very, very clean and comfortable. Nice deck area to relax outside. Easy check in. Looks just like the pictures, colorful and fun. About 25 minutes to great hiking near Sedona. Cottonwood is a nice little town with some wonderful restaurants. Will definitely stay here again and can recommend to anyone looking!

A Nice Place to Stay

The house was fine. There was a problem with the heat but we worked it out and owner adjusted the cost. A few extra quilts for the beds would be nice and the electrical outlet problem needs to be resolved but it was a decent price and as pictured.

Funky and Charming

We stayed at this colorful lil house after viewing the Grand Canyon and prepping for our Devil’s Bridge hike the next morning. Perfect location for our plans. My teens enjoyed the musical instruments. Live tv didn’t stream well enough to watch but we could log into our Netflix account to relax a bit in front of the tv. Coffee maker made a darn great cup of Joe in the morning. Appreciated a nice hot bath with provided candles and incense. Enjoyed a relaxing stay and highly recommend.

Gal Pal Getaway

This VRBO was very clean and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the bright colors. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard. This home was a great value for October in the Sedona/ Cottonwood area. It’s 20-25 minutes to Sedona and about 10-15 from the Old Main Street tourist area in Cottonwood. There is a firepit but it was a little warm for a fire. The lights and noise from traffic was a little distracting while we were in the backyard. A couple of nice additions would be bath mats and towel hooks and more side tables in the living room and nightstands in the bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would consider returning.
