I chose this location because it's the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation and adventure. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located just 20 minutes from Sedona while being only minutes from Old Town Cottonwood, Jerome, wineries, breweries, hiking trails, Verde River activities, and local restaurants. Guests can enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets and star-filled skies while avoiding the traffic and crowds often found closer to Sedona.
