Walk to Flora's Market Run and Himmel Park. 1 mile to Arizona Stadium and McKale Center. Go Cats! Minutes from downtown and central Tucson events such as the Gem Show. Easy access to many restaurants and shops. Relax in this quiet neighborhood and enjoy the private patio and 2-person jacuzzi. This is a great location whether you are visiting Tucson for business or pleasure.

One off-street parking space included.
Easy access at check-in using the keyless entry. Access codes provided when the property is ready for check-in.

Large kitchen area equipped with basic cooking equipment. Full size refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate, countertop oven, microwave, coffee maker. Table and seating for 4.

Sleeper sofa in living room (Full)
Day bed in separate sunroom (Twin). (the sunroom is the entry to the guest house)
The three areas are separated by doors, but the bathroom is only accessed from the main bedroom.

We want you to feel welcome. The owner’s reside in the main house and are happy to provide a list of Tucson recommendations or help with questions about the area. Expect a quick response to any needs. Owners may be present during your stay.

No large gatherings, parties, or loud events.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
Seasonal Cancellation policy applies for the months of January and February.

While the neighborhood is quiet, our property is in the flight path for Davis Monthan Air Force Base.

Bruce was an excellent host! Communication was great, reached out periodically and responded to my messages immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was so cute -- equipped with every detail that you would need to feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, games in the living room. The jacuzzi was an extra bonus and welcomed after a long day of hiking!

Quaint detached southwestern guest house. Nice extras included like complimentary snacks and bottles of water in the refrigerator. Quiet residential community not too far from the U of A. Bruce, the owner, is very accommodating.

Convenient, clean and well supplied

This property is very private and was well supplied with anything you may need. The location is great with easy access to campus and downtown. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

Tucson Stay

Hosts did a great job with communication and stocking the accommodation. We were there during a cold spell and the casita did get cold—fortunately we could control heat and there were extra blankets. Hot tub was a bonus since we spent most days hiking. Quiet neighborhood and close to the college campus.

Superb VRBO!!

This place is terrific! The house itself was ideal - very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. In addition, the location is excellent - close to the downtown area, University of Arizona campus, and easy access to the freeway. Plenty of excellent restaurants close by as well. Our host, Bruce, was a pleasure. Very responsive to our needs, no matter how minor, and extremely easy to get a hold of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Tucson fun

Great location with 4 restaurants within 4 minutes walk, conveniently located for touring Tucson, very secure property, really nice unit, great bed, well stocked kitchen(thanks for the coffee and 1/2 & /1/2), walk in shower, washer and dryer, smart TV(too smart for us😄) Hot tub wonderful after a day on the go. Will definitely return on our next Tucson trip!

Excellent Experience

We stayed at the guesthouse for 7 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The property had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us. It is a block from the bike blvd to catch the loop 4 miles away, or a short drive to various parking spots along the loop. Pickleball courts, shopping, the University, and great restaurants are all within a mile or two. The quiet neighborhood and private backyard with the hot tub were icing on the cake. Bruce and his wife were excellent hosts and very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t recommend their place more highly and would stay again next time we are in Tucson.
