Calm retreat for you to enjoy with quick access to Fountain Square! You will be required to sign and agree to our rental conditions upon booking.

Southeast Side

This house was comfortable and convenient. With a little extra cleaning it would be perfect. Upon check-in everything was clean except for the ceiling fan and the wall vents. I did not bring that to the manager's attention at the time. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Although there is a lot of nearby traffic the bed was comfortable and I had no problems sleeping. You get a feeling of privacy while being near downtown Indianapolis. Entry was easy and the doors very secure. I would be happy to stay here again when in the area.of privacy

Small but cute

There were a few issues during our stay. *Plumbing in the kitchen. *Broken glass on the street upon arrival. *Heavy dust on the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. *The entrance door looked like someone beat it with a hammer both inside and out. I had to contact the owner several times regarding these issues or concerns. Only one of the three issues were tended to. A maid came out and dusted the fans and changed linen. As for the sink, Owner said he was an hour or so away and due to the holiday weekend, he couldnt get anyone out to fix the leak so I was asked to place a bucket under the sink. The glass on street they said wasn't there the night before. I was asked to park across the street. The door, they said there is nothing wrong with it...?? They did credit a small fee for our inconvenience and allowed us to check out five hours later. Honestly, I would have checked out immediately if i didn't have to sign an agreement. We made the best of our stay regardless. Side note: pictures can be deceiving.

Great stay

Property was as described. Five minjtes to Lucas stadium which is where we needed to visit for an event. Plenty of eateries 10 minutes away. Ate at a wonderful japanese steak house.

Outstanding experience!

I had the most wonderful stay. The host was an amazing communicator. The location was just absolutely perfect for what I needed. The house was pristine and extremely comfortable. It was exactly the way it was described. And everything was perfect for us.

Cute & Clean

Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was great. There was trash in the backyard when we got there and the toilet paper holder was broken, but nothing that dampened our stay! Another thing I will note is that there are no cleaning supplies like brooms or mops (unless I missed them). These would be nice since it is a dog friendly house and the backyard was muddy during our stay. Otherwise, it was an overall clean, dog-friendly house with cute decor. 😊

Stay

It is a nice property. Close to everything that we needed to get to in Indianapolis. We enjoyed the stay. Peyton was easy to get in touch with and took care of issues immediately.
