Newly renovated with your comfort and ease in mind. Enjoy cooking dinner in the bright fully equipped kitchen while the kids play Nintendo Nes in the secondary bedroom. Catch a movie on the 55" 4k TV while lounging on the super soft leather sofa or chairs. Be our guest while discovering Great Bend! No Parties or Events. Visitors' must depart by 10 PM; no exceptions. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or concerns about these rules.
No Smoking or vaping indoors *Designated smoking area on back porch equipped with safeguard ashtray
No Drugs
No Pets
No Outdoor Burning or Fires of Any Kind
The age requirement to book is 25+
Three night minimum stay around all major holidays
No Over Night Guests (over 4 pre-registered guests)
Home equipped for ages 4+
No dumping of any grease, oil, or food down the sink.
No hair Dye to be used in sinks & or shower .
No confetti or glitter.( x- cleaning fees applied)
No re-arranging furniture
No fireworks allowed

The American Bungalow is a two bedroom home appointed to host up to four people & is located in a quiet neighborhood on the north east side of Great Bend.
Several giant shade trees adorn many of the front yards. A lot of our neighbors enjoy walking their dogs, bbq ing dinner and giving a wave while passing one another by.
Friendly, quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to Brit Spaugh Zoo, Walnut Bowl & mini golf, Dairy Queen, Dillions Grocery store and a corner gas station for your convenience.

The Bungalow is Spotless! We have the Best cleaning & sanitation team you could dream of. Speaking of dreamy, the Queen Serta mattress in the primary bedroom or either Sealy twin bed mattresses in the secondary room accompanied with luxurious linens, black out curtains, ceiling fans, & air conditioners ensuring the sweetest of dreams.
Every piece of furniture is comfortable & functional. Quality pieces throughout the property from the larger leather chairs, leather sofa, 55 inch wall mounted tv, brand new full sized stacked washer & dryer to the Extra large Black Stone Griddle Grill in the backyard are thoughtfully appointed.
