My co-managers Jaklin and Natalie are always around to help if you need anything. I manage properties for my clients and myself, having lived in Sarasota for 25 years I know the area well. My husband and I travel a lot and enjoy trying new foods; I always have restaurant recommendations!

Great space for entertaining and family get together. The backyard is private large and picturesque with a year round heated pool. The living room and dining room are spacious with plenty of seating and a full size eating area/chefs kitchen. The couch converts into a Queen size pull out. Centrally located 1 mile to downtown, 6 miles to Saint Armand’s /Lido Key, 5 miles to famous Siesta Key and 1.8 miles to PineCraft. Conveniently close to all downtown (1 mile) has to offer including tons of restaurants, movie theaters, art, boutique and Marina Jacks pier. Use the bikes to hop on the legacy trail to explore the city or get to Publix in a couple of minutes.
