Relax and unwind at this spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom lakefront retreat in Leesburg, FL. Nestled directly on Lake Griffin, this 3,000+ sq. ft. home offers plenty of space for large family gatherings. Enjoy stunning lake views, a private pool, a private dock, and ample parking for boat trailers or multiple vehicles.

Conveniently located just 20 minutes from The Villages and 30 minutes from the charming, historic streets of Downtown Mount Dora. Orlando’s world-famous theme parks and International Airport are just an hour away!

Guests have full access to the home, including the washer and dryer located in the garage. Feel free to enjoy the private pool and dock for your own vessel. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $45 per day.

Hanna was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had on our trip. The house was perfect for 3 couples giving each of us our own area/wing in the home for sleeping. We had an excellent stay and found the house to be exactly as described!

Excellent property. Beautiful view. The pool collected a lot of bugs and leaves. I understand that a hurricane tore off the screen covering. It is missed. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Just a few note for others. If you have need of a very large stock pot you need to bring one. The house has different kitchen items like spices and coffee makings etc much more than you normally find. Please bring plastic containers for saving Leftovers. Hanna was wonderful to work with!!

Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway

The house is great, beautifully remodeled and well maintained. The boathouse is awesome. We docked our boat the entire stay, so convenient for our daily boating outings. The lake is gorgeous. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise each morning from this perfect stay on the lake.

Perfect for our group

Family vacation

My husband and I and our four kids (late teens to early twenties) came to visit my husband’s father, who winters in Leesburg. The house is amazing! It is very clean, open, and airy. The neighborhood is quiet, and the view of the lake is gorgeous. Hanna was quick to respond to our messages, and she was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great view, spacious parking

The house was perfect for our group. We had room for 4 trucks with boats on trailers. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was large enough for several of us to be cooking at once. The view made rain days better.

Very nice updated home

We had a wonderful time. Brought our pontoon boat. Plenty of parking for the trailer. Dock can accommodate a 23' boat. We found the pool very refreshing after a day of boating! Thank you Hanna for sharing your wonderful home.

Lovely house in good location

All was as promised. Excellent kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms too warm (80f) and grease trap on grill super-full. The pool is lovely and well-maintained. Wonderful wildlife.
