Steps from the Super Bee lift in east village on the 5th floor with amazing views of the valley!
Small, compact, efficient studio + bunk room. Fully equipped kitchen with storage throughout the condo. Ski locker on 1st floor: walk 500 feet to the lift for 1st tracks. Covered parking. W/D in the building.
Rental shop on 1st floor and Copper bus stop is steps from the condo. Adjacent to Copper Station with shopping + dining.

If you are looking for a cozy, freshly remodeled, modern, ski in/ski out close to the lift where you can get on the hill and do a few runs before breakfast, stop back for lunch and relax after a day of skiing, this is the place for you! In one of the closest complexes to the Super Bee lift, it has a great kitchen, stocked with the all the basics, including common spices, cooking oil, condiments, coffee and tea. There is a Lori wall bed in the living room to take in the amazing views of the valley, along with a modular sofa. You can stream or game on our 44" smart flatscreen. The twin XL bunks are big enough adults and located in a separate room for privacy.
This cozy condo is small at 379 square feet and located in the East Village, steps away from the Super Bee lift and away from all the hubbub of center village. The Copper bus is right up the street to center and west villages. Ambiance without the craziness of being in the heart of it all. A true skiers dream come true.
You are staying in our home away from home. One of us are usually available by text or phone and we live locally.
Copper Station, which has dining and a bar (JJ's Tavern), Camp Hale Coffee Shop and Copper Sports ski shop is across the walkway and there is a Christy Sports ski rental shop in the base of the building the condo is in. Double Diamond restaurant is right next door. It is very pedestrian and beautiful to take a walk around the base area when it is snowing.
You will have covered parking (important during a snowstorm) and there is an elevator as well as stairs in the building. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PARKING IS FOR ONE VEHICLE AND CLEARANCE IN THE PARKING GARAGE IS 90". If your vehicles taller or you have an additional vehicle, you will have to do reserved, pay parking.
Copper has a great local bus system and The Summit Stage, a free bus service for traveling to Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon and A Basin is steps away from the building.
Please remove your shoes after entering the unit. There is storage for them in the closet to the right the right after you enter the unit.
Do not wear ski/snowriding boots of any kind inside the unit. We just replaced the flooring because the heavy boots cause cracks and scratching of the floor
We have a strict no smoking and no pets policy; violation of this policy will result is a $500 surcharge on your stay.

-Quiet Hours are from 9PM -7AM.
- there is assigned parking in the gated garage, look for the spot marked "501 Snowflake". please note the parking spaces are NOT numbered sequentially
- Please let us know if you have an oversized vehicle so we can assist you in making parking arrangements
-Strip used linens (not the mattress, duvet covers, or comforters/bedspreads) from the beds and leave them in the bathtub
- Tidy up before you leave; please wipe down the top and inside of the stove if it is messy.
-Lower thermostat to 60 degrees
-Take out the trash and recycling: dumpster located in the west side of the parking garage. If you take the stairs to the right as you exit the condo, you will see the door on the far side of the parking garage as you exit the building.
-Run the dishwasher if you have dirty dishes
-Replace the ski locker key back on the hook to the right of the entrance door
-Please leave the murphy bed in the "down" position when you check out
