Amazing New 5 Bed Home next to the Columbia River. Sleeps 10 adults & 6 Kids

Stunning 5,200 sq foot 5 bedroom 3.5 bath architectural marvel. Newly built. Sleeps 10 adults in beds and 6 kids in fold-outs. Nestled 40 yards from the Columbia River. Lots of room including a 1100 sq foot great room with 15 ft ceiling, entertainment / game room, one car garage - with plenty of extra parking. Unique inner court with open sky views. Large deck with surrounding trees. Two car garage. Big gas fireplace. Internet. Washer and Dryer. Away from the city. Heated polished cement floor and AC. There are also chairs that pull out beds in each room and two pull-out couches in the game room.
This is not intended to be a "party" house but has lots of room for responsible get-togethers.

45 minutes from the Portland Airport (PDX)

Please note:
-The home sits next to the Columbia River which means we're also next to a railroad track. However the railroad sits lower than the house and though it passes a number of times a day, I hardly notice it.
-There is poison oak on the property. It is sprayed multiple times a year. Stay on the defined spots and trails and you shouldn't have any problems.
-While we have a deep two car garage, one of the spaces has our family kayak moving van in it.
- The property extends to the Columbia River. There is a cleared out area to hang out/beach type area. To get there you have to walk across a railroad track so please do so cautiously.

Beautiful house with room for everyone and then some. Didn't get to use the outdoor spaces much as it was raining quite a lot, but there was plenty of room to have everyone inside and the floor to ceiling windows everywhere let in tons of natural light. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

We booked this place for 8 women who have gone on an annual Girls weekend for 38 years running! The kitchen and great room worked well for us to gather, visit, cook and eat together. Plenty of room to spread out. We had a marvelous time. The only confusion for us was exactly how the door lock worked when exiting the property! Most likely user error, but we managed.

My siblings and I stayed here for a long weekend for my daughters wedding at Wind Mountain. We LOVED this home ! It was perfect for all of us as the bedrooms were great, the playroom above the garage AWESOME, and the kitchen and living area easily accommodated all of us. We were a decent size group and we NEVER felt cramped. Would HAPPILY stay here again. THE View alone would be worth it. WE WISHED we had more time to enjoy ALL this home had to offer. Great Stay !

We so enjoyed are stay, there were a few things we needed help with and our Host was helpful.The house was perfect for our group of 10 ladies in their late 70's, mostly one level and lots of bathrooms.It's a beautiful setting and the house is lovely. Enjoyable visits to Stevenson and Skamania Lodge plus a nice hike up pilot rock filled our days.

Another Great Stay in the Gorge

I live in Salt Lake City, Utah with my family of four kids. My parents both grew up in here in Stevenson. The area is a wonderful place to explore, full of hiking, swimming, and making great memories.

The home is away from others but still 5 minutes from resteraunts and fun. You can't see any other homes from the house both because everyone has five plus acres and the trees. There are only two homes down our road. The home has amazing architecture that took 16 months to build. Built in 2022

この宿泊施設の特徴

Lots of room. Game Room, Inner court, washer and dryer, large wrap around deck, views of the Columbia. The property extends to the Colombia River where we own about 1/3 of an acre. It is separated by a train track.
