Make sure you can use the Residents entrance instead of Guests entrance because the process for guests had cars backed up and was tedious. The Residents entrance has a back license plate reader that worked great. The place was first class all the way.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and were able to use the resident lane during the very busy 4th of July holiday. Guests are encouraged to use the guest lane as there is an intercom system to call the virtual guard in case of any issues as well as a plate reader. The resident lane does not have the intercom and you would have to back up if there were any issues which is difficult. Thank you

Guests had a lot of questions regarding the area and experiences which we were happy to share our personal and professional recommendations with. We had very clear and prompt communication. It was such a pleasure hosting this family. They took care of our shared home as they would their own. It would be a pleasure to host them again in the future.
