Welcome to our cozy, modern home in the charming town of Berea, Ohio.

Whether you're here for business or leisure, our location is unbeatable.

We're less than a 5-minute drive from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the Browns training facility, NASA, the IX Center, and Baldwin Wallace University. Plus, downtown Cleveland is just a short 15-minute drive away. Pet-friendly ($30 per night, per pet), fully stocked, and close to major attractions, your Ohio getaway awaits!

NOTE – Dogs are welcome here! Please note there is a $30 per night per dog fee, billed separately after booking. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

NOTE - Smoking is not allowed, penalty is $500.

Our spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house comfortably sleeps 12 guests, making it perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Good points: The house is conveniently located and dog friendly. The host is easy to reach. Negatives: There is no television in the main level livingroom. The basement has both a sofa and a television in the same room, but on our visit the remotes were missing. The upholstery and rugs are in need of cleaning or replacement. The house is not good for anyone who has difficulty navigating stairs or walking where flooring levels drop or rise abruptly. The stairs to the basement are steep and dark. Overall, the house needs a refresh.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home conveniently located, dog friendly, and our communication responsive. We were surprised by the 2-star rating, particularly because we reached out immediately when you mentioned the missing remotes and basement light. We called and followed up through Vrbo offering to come over and take care of both issues. You let us know you would not be watching TV and did not need the remotes replaced, and you also declined our offer to replace the light during your stay. Both were very simple fixes and have since been addressed. For clarification for future guests, the listing does not advertise a TV in the main-level living room. There is a TV in the main-floor bedroom as well as the basement living area. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the upholstery and rugs and have reviewed those items. We take guest concerns seriously and are always happy to address anything that comes up during a stay. We only wish we had been given the opportunity to resolve these concerns when we offered, as our goal is always for our guests to have a comfortable stay.

Great place, great location, plenty of room

Overall we were very happy with the house. It's location in Berea is central to everything we did and especially easy access to the airport. the house was clean, easy access and instructions were spot on. We hope to routinely use this location when we visit our large family in the Cleveland area.

Everything we needed, plus coffee

We enjoyed our stay in Berea. The home was more spacious than we thought it would be, which was very nice! Four adults and two dogs had plenty of room.

Sibling vacation

The house was perfect for 6 of us and 3 dogs to get away to after spending our days at Cuyahoga Park. The park was beautiful, but after a long day of hiking it was nice for so many food options to be near by.

Perfect Stay

The stay was perfect, we had no issues while there. The basement was perfect for playing Mario Kart and hanging out. Backyard was a nice private area to relax. The kitchen was equipped with pans and utensils to cook, we didn't do any cooking as we were out and about most of the day. It was a great stay!

Nice home in a great location

The property manager was very attentive during our stay. The house was nice and in a great location. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for the 7 of us. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils.

Wedding stay

We booked the house to be centrally located for our daughter’s wedding. It was a great fit for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect for cooking meals. We really enjoyed using it as a home base.

Clean and cozy

Your sweet home gave us a restful haven for a great weekend with friends & family! Communications were quick and easy, accommodations were immaculate and we had easy access to everything we needed in the area. Great experience all around!

We had everything we needed for our stay. Great location ! Close to Cleveland but in a quiet neighborhood. The house was big enough for our party of 5 adults. Jane was in contact to see if we needed anything but we were perfectly satisfied

In Cleveland for a 100th BD

This house was perfect for 7 adults 60 - 75. We needed 4 queens and 2 full baths and this house fulfilled all of that.

Charming House and Wonderful Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home in Berea! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of snacks and fresh ground coffee, which made our mornings so easy. They checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and were truly a pleasure to interact with. The house was perfect for our family of four adults while visiting relatives in the Cleveland area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Softball tournament

We come to the area at least twice a summer for softball tournaments. We stay with another family and grandparents. There was plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean and well-stocked with supplies.

Communication w/Jana was excellent. She responded immediately, eager to help & open to suggestions (which we gave her). 5 starts is generous, tbh, rounding up from 4. Hard to compare this kind of urban, residential place on a relatively busy street versus amazing condos in Hawaii w/views of the ocean. This place was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and good quality towels, TP & dishes, new, good appliances (washer is hard to reach inside for short people like me). It was quiet, some background train sound (which delighted our grandson), safe & convenient for us to visit family in Cleveland. It is a quirky house--as the description says--2 bedrooms on 2nd floor & no bathroom, 2 bedrooms on 1st floor w/1 full bath, bedroom in basement has 2 sets of good sized bunk beds, laundry room w/a bathroom w/a lovely shower but a narrow room (maybe added on?). 2 pictures on website were not accurate--there were no chairs at the table, only stools which were not that comfortable & not so safe for little kids, & the porch needs painting to look like the photo on the web site.

Cuyahoga and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

We really enjoyed our stay and this house perfectly met are needs and was conveniently located near both Cuyahoga and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. With 2 kids/teens, 2 adults, and 3 dogs everyone was able to have their own space. We had everything we needed.

Cozy house

over all this property was very clean, tastefully decorated, very cozy. The only drawback that I saw that it is located on a major Thruway and can be very noisy. The owner was very accommodating and welcoming. And the property is convenient by being a short drive to Cleveland, shopping, parks and recreation
