Little Piney Cabin

Warm and welcoming host.Beautiful location. We arrived late in the evening and the light of the cabin was on for us and a campfire was ready to be lite. We hope to return!

May not be what you think

I cannot believe people can get away with renting out their places like they do and saying misleading things about it. Your view is a trailer park, not one you rent but where people live, the fishing dock was a rough step driveway with thickets that was no place to fish, the cabin was dirty, the shower door leaked creating a deep puddles of water and a big mess, no foil, no strainer, things needed to start cooking were not there. There is a decent screened in porch but no door. 2 torn up broken bag chairs is what you get by the fireplace. The twin beds were rusted and the mattress was worn and thin as a pancake, no way even a kid could sleep on and get any sleep. There is more but that’s enough. Please don’t be deceived.

Great place to get away and plenty of room for our dog to roam with disturbing anyone. The view was beautiful!

Petit Jean Hike

Owners of the property were extremely nice. Loved the location and how close we were to the park and the Arkansas River.

Just across the road is the AR River with our own private boat ramp.
Barge watching from the deck of your cabin.
