Mercedes's home was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Her home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful week! Really appreciated the beach wagon, toys and chairs. Having linens and towels was so nice. The Blackstone was an added bonus. Mercedes was so welcoming and communication was great and so easy. The beach was a 2 minute walk down the street, making it so easy to go back and forth with kids. Would highly recommend her lovely home!

We had a great time at Chula Vista. The house was adorable and within walking distance to the beach. The wrap around porch with the Adirondack chairs & string lights on at night time made it for a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The owner Mercedes was very personable and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully be returning next year.

Great rental for a small family (3 kids)

We had an amazing stay at the property. The size and amount of bedrooms was perfect for our two children and there was even an extra! The only ding on the property would be the level of cleanliness and lack of linens. The rugs could use a wash and felt sticky and we flew in from CA so not having shower towels was a hastle. The property management was excellent with communication, and overall, we would rent again!

Ashley, thank you for your review! As described in our property description due to COVID towels were not provided. Our beach cottage consist of hardwood floors throughout the entire cottage with one small area rug under the coffee table. Our reviews are consistently positive due to our cleanliness, location, and open communication. We will address your feedback and are really happy that you had a great week!
