1 BR/BA apartment attached to primary residence. Complete privacy with private courtyard. We recently added this addition to our home completely modern with new decor. Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. Location is close to Falcon Field, Mesa Riverview, Tempe Town Lake, and Great Freeway Access to Downtown PHX.

This amazing Vrbo property in Mesa was exactly as it was described! We had everything we could’ve needed for our stay and Cynthia was a wonderful host! We highly recommend staying here when you’re in the Phoenix/Mesa area and if we ever come back, we will be staying here again!

It was a nice place to stay. You need hooks for hanging items in Living room and bathroom ( purse, Scarf, Sweater and Getting out of shower to put on robe. We took shoes off at door but feet and socks were pretty dirty . other then that yes we would definitely would stay again and tell others about this place. Thank you

This was a peaceful and safe place. Perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed, lots of space, very clean and updated. Seamless stay with absolutely no issues or problems. We hope to be able to come back next year. Perfectly charming!

My wife and I had a great stay. The apartment was very nice and clean. Neighborhood is quiet. The off street parking was nice and close to the door. Checking in and out was very easy and the instructions were clear. We would absolutely stay again.
