★ THINGS TO NOTE ★
🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome small, hypoallergenic, well-trained adult dogs upon request! There is a $85 fee per night, per pet (maximum 2). To protect the home, we cannot accommodate puppies.
❄️ Winter Travel Safety: Our chalet sits on a well-maintained hill. For winter visits, an AWD or 4WD vehicle equipped with snow tires is strictly required to navigate the driveway safely.
👥 Occupancy: The chalet is designed for a maximum of 6 guests. (Extra guests must be approved and incur a $150/night fee).
📝 Rental Agreement: Upon booking, the primary guest will be required to sign a standard rental agreement prior to check-in.
