Everything at the property was great and as advertised. Josh was extremely communicative and accommodating. Plenty of rooms and bedrooms to accommodate the whole family. Will stay again for sure.

Amazing location, close to University of Richmond and great shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog around. Fenced in yard perfect for our dog. House was very clean and well decorated for the holidays, added a lot to our stay. Host very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this home.

We were going n town for a family member’s wedding. The house was perfect! Location was great btwn the church/rehearsal dinner / reception/ and other family member’s houses. The house had such charm and everything you could ever need in the kitchen! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Richmond!

Excellent and well equipped rental. Clean (except for coffee pot). Quiet neighborhood. Everything worked fine. Convenient access to local shopping and restaurants and a short, 20 minute drive, to Richmond Speedway.

Perfect location!

Stayed here for 40th U of R reunion weekend. We could walk to the school from the house - how perfect was that! Host very responsive and helpful. Would love to reserve this house again.

Everything was very clean. Side glass door closer is loose and very hard to operate. Laundry detergent table a bit sticky, needs a wipe-down. These are trivial things but I thought you might want to know. Overall - Excellent !

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Richmond. This property was minutes from the school and so convenient. Great kitchen, cozy house. Would stay again.

Terrific location for the entire Metro region.Clean and well stocked with a variety of appliances, linen, towels, kitchen items. Ample private parking .Plenty of interior space, full sized laundry room.4 HD TV's .New HVAC units 2021 Trane equipment.Air scrubber system by Aerus installed 2020. New washer/dryer 2022. Guests have found this property to be a great combination of location, features, value and overall experience. Perfect as a central location for family travel sports events held at area venues. Should you need " local " house during renovations or re-location this house often is the solution and can work with you on dates and long term pricing. Nicely landscaped & great for just walking around the neighborhood.This house has been with VRBO for many years and we have received great reviews over a long period of time.
