Casa Bella Stay

Well equipped and spacious house with three sitting rooms and 4 bathrooms. Close to the airport so there was fairly loud airplane noise right at 7am though it was quiet in the evening. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and our party used all the rooms. All guests rated the beds as “ok” from a comfort perspective. Our shower contained a large dead fly so I suspect it was not cleaned before our arrival as the door was closed. Sheets and pillowcases were very creased. I expected better for the money.

Nice Space for Small Group

Me and 2 friends stayed at this house for 2.5 weeks. The space was great, and the rooms were comfortable with balconies off each room. We were within walking distance to the Village and there was a free shuttle that rain on the main street. Since we were cooking many of our meals the kitchen didn't have great supplies. We purchased containers for leftovers since there were none at the house. The Mgt company was very responsive when we had needs to that required attention.

Discomfort during heat wave

Property adequate. No air conditioning. Doors don’t have screens, not allowing for fresh air to flow in without having insects also. No pan to use in oven. No toaster oven. Just be forewarned, and enjoy your stay.

Nice Home

This house is comfortable and accommodated our stay well. I was disappointed to realize that the game room (an important feature for our group) was actually a non-insulated garage and therefore freezing cold. Children had to don outdoor gear in order to play. Also, the pots and pans were very beat up, there was only one frying pan I felt was decent enough to cook with. Lastly, there was no internet -- but the management company was extremely responsive and cooperative, offering a generous refund for that.

Accurate Details

Me and my groups stay here was great! Keep the check-in policy in mind (credit card holder needing to be present )-this was the only big hiccup with the trip. The house was lovely and looked better in person than it did in the pictures (for example the inside of house is bright, the colors of the walls and furniture are vibrant, and it’s more spacious than the pictures make it seem). There were plenty of towels and bedding for my group (12 of us). The grill outside worked great. The only downside is that the ping pong table is out of commission. I would highly recommend staying here for large groups.

Great home for family of 10+

Three family with 9 kids ranging from 1 through 12 enjoyed our stay with all the amenities the house has to offer. The kids especially enjoyed their room with the 2 bunk beds and one full size bed!

Great size and location

The size of the property suited our big family very well. The location was great as it was quiet and peaceful. It was also close to convenience shops and gasoline stations. However, the beds on the bunk beds were not comfortable. They squeaked everytime we moved and we could feel the springs too. Some dishes were cracked and chipped. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at casa bella.

The property was great, clean and as advertised. Didnt know the pool table and ping pong tables were outside in the garage but they still provided great entertainment. I'd recommend this place to any staying in big bear.
