Nestled in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, this newly renovated spacious home is just minutes from everything! Hiking, biking, skiing, and water sports, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and family activities are all close by.

This open and airy private apartment is approximately 1600 square feet on the bottom level of our home. Guests will enjoy complete privacy, from the dedicated driveway and private entrance, to the fully fenced yard.

Your comfort and happiness has been carefully considered with every detail. The decor is stylish and calming. The beds will make you feel like you’re sleeping in the clouds. Various lighting options are included in every space. The leather sectional includes a chaise and four recliners, so every seat is the best seat in the house. The playhouse under the stairs is a hit with kids and parents alike. You’ll love cuddling into the giant memory foam beanbag chair to read a good book or watch a movie on the 55” tv. And if you must work, you’ll find a dedicated workspace, also.

If you’re a cook, this kitchen is set up for your culinary enjoyment. The granite countertops and deep single bowl sink make prep work so pleasant. We’ve also included a fabulous coffee station and many small appliances, such as an electric skillet, slow cooker, and even an InstantPot! And if you’re not interested in cooking, we’ve included a list of all the best places to eat nearby.

50 mins from SLC airport, and 15 min to Downtown Ogden, you’ll never run out of things to do. Closest ski resort is only 16 mins from our door! If you’re into mountain trails, there are dozens to choose from - the closest is literally 2 blocks away!

We know you’ll have a blast with whatever activities you decide to pursue. And if you decide to stay in to relax and recharge, we know you’ll enjoy doing so in such a lovely space. Just don’t forget to take some pictures in front of the selfie wall to remember your trip!

Note: 3 quiet adults and 2 dogs live upstairs, so if you require absolute silence this may not be the place for you.

North Ogden

Took the family to lagoon and made a weekend out of it. The place is fantastic for anyone with kids. It was clean and had an amazing little play room that our kids loved. It was also in a quiet and very clean part of town. The hosts were very accommodating and made everything about the stay a breeze. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area. Thank you for letting us stay at your property.

Our Father recently passed and he lived with my brother and sister in law. we came to help and be with family. This place was great, only a mile from their place and gave us a nice chill environment after a long day. Will be back for sure when visiting my brother

Great stay, good location.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean and nicely decorated. The home was spacious and decorated to feel homely. I enjoyed the small things, such as the several throws on the couch and beds. The eggs from their backyard chickens were delicious. We never did hear the chickens though, likely because they were in their coop. We did however on occasion hear the dogs we happened to see in the yard. Not a big deal, really cute. We just heard them move about, but they were thankfully, not barkers. The location was great, easy to get everywhere. The neighborhood was nice, several markets and restaurants in the area. The owners were very friendly. They were very thoughtful and made sure the pathway and driveway remained clear of snow. The rooms were spacious, plenty of closet space for belongings. The master bedroom bed was soo comfortable, loved it! The kitchen had all the necessary items needed for cooking. The bathroom was always nice and warm. It was nice to have our own entrance and driveway area. We were never interrupted and it always felt private. It was nice to have our own yard; our daughter enjoyed it.

It's always been our dream to host our own vacation rental, and now it's finally come true! Since we have done so much traveling ourselves, we were very intentional as we set up our own property. We want you to feel all the comforts of home, yet with some unexpected luxurious touches.

This is a completely self-contained guest suite that is part of our main home. We live upstairs, so we are only moments away if there's anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.

We fell in love with this home at first sight, and we know you will too. The stunning mountain views are just amazing everywhere you look.

Three quiet adults and two dogs will be upstairs, but we do try to be as quiet as possible. You'll probably hear our footsteps at times, and you'll definitely know when the Amazon van pulls up because the dogs will make us all aware. But they are sweet and cuddly and you'll probably see them out in our side of the fully-fenced yard.

The location is ideal no matter what you love to do. Hiking, biking, skiing, watersports, golfing, or site-seeing are all within minutes. And if you love shopping, restaurants, nightlife, museums or family activities, they are nearby too.

There is just so much to love about the location and the home itself. You'll want to come check it out for yourself.
